“Fantastic stay at this hotel. Friendly staff - especially Alfredo who was our interpreter for our stay and organised our booking from initial enquiry. Great food and wine at the Hotel so make sure you book half board. Entertainment on Saturday nights. Pool area was nice with outside seating for after dinner drinks. Fantastic location about 300m from the Cable Car which takes you to the plateau up the mountain where you can go walking or visit the bars and restaurants up there. Will definitely return to this little gem of a hotel.”

“We stayed at the Bambi hotel between New Year and Epiphany. The hotel is very nice, well organized and above all professional and nice people work there at the same time. We had special dietary needs and we didn't miss anything! From the point of view of services, if you are not looking for luxury, nothing is missing. A few meters from the hotel there is a fantastic playground that simulates sledding, the children went crazy :) The entertainment, which in general we are not great fans of, is discreet but still able to involve children, with trips and games. A special mention to Nicholas who has a crazy talent for this job, he creates immediate contact even with the children who are on their own (he managed to pick up my 18 month old son who doesn't even let his grandmother pick him up!!!) .
