“Attending a wedding and stayed three nights in a wonderful corner room with great views. My wife left her purse poolside on the top of the hotel and a few minutes later a very nice employee knocks on the door with her purse (he had tracked her down). Beware, the bathroom door is a barn door that is not a problem for the bath, but it covers the "closet" when the door is open. So, after a 10 hour drive home we discovered that all our hang-ups were in the closet with the door closed. About a week later a box was deliver with all our clothes and a nice note, the staff went way beyond for us. Breakfast was very good and generous. The staff at the front desk, bar and pool area very nice.”

“Had a room reserved for multiple night stay, had to leave after first night. Manager on duty Don was a real loser and doesn't belong in the hospitality business. Totally offended my girl because she asked for more pancake batter ( not even for her but the 2 people behind her in line). Also no Forks and when we asked for 1 Don said No. Would not recommend this place to anyone. And while on phone with Hyatt corporate office they hung up on me while giving them feedback on the situation. Rooms were average and kinda dated. Floors were nasty in several areas. $18 parking was a first for me. Never had to pay to parking at a $200 night hotel. We moved our stay next door to Hampton Inn and it was 5 stars! Cheaper ($179),nicer, cleaner,better breakfast and no Don!”

“My first RV park. Booked in for a couple of nights on New Years Day. They were out front to greet me as I pulled up. Very friendly and accommodating on getting me all set up! Seemed great to me. Spot was level and comfortable. Still too chilly to spend much time outside so didn't do much on the campsite. They have some great food available which came in handy as I hadn't yet did any grocery shopping. Pizza was delish and breakfast was alright.”

“We reserved a room in advance. Drove from out of state for a concert. Location was great as we were able to walk to the venue. However, we were unable to check in via the Hilton app. It stated to stop at the desk for check in. Tried to check in after the show, was told no rooms available. We ended up driving 5 hrs home. Then Hilton billed my credit card $475 for a room I never even had or used. Contacted Hilton customer service and they said my reservation was canceled and because it was less than 24 hrs, it was their policy to charge full price! Never had an issue with Hilton until now. Be warned if you have issue getting checked in, you'll probably be charged full price anyway!”

“My experience started great, as I was taken care of by the young gentlemen when I first arrived (give him a raise!). Unfortunately, it went downhill when I needed to change my check out... I didn't get the lady's name, but seemed like as soon as I told her my name, Oussama, the mood and energy changed immediately. With the storm coming in, I wanted to check out a day early to get home to my wife and son. My colleague told me he has a late check out for 2:30pm, so I requested the same. Instead, I was told I can only check out at 12pm and can pretty much take it or leave it unless I pay a half day rate... I would understand a typical late checkout charge ($30-$50) but with all the business travel I do, I've never experienced such push back on a small request. You'd think they'd be understanding given the current conditions. If my flight gets cancelled, they lost my business as I'll be making sure to stay elsewhere and will certainly choose one of the many nearby hotels on my next visit to Nashville. Luckily, my colleague was able to get my late check out processed after talking to her separately. I really hope it's not my name that made the big difference in her being flexible... UPDATE: after returning from my meetings, Edna was up front and made sure to let me know that she read my review and advised her supervisor of the situation. Amazing service and most of all, showed me that she cared. If my flight does get cancelled today, she has earned my business and I will return here for my stay. Thank you, Edna.”

“Very disappointing stay in what we expected to be a "luxury" hotel. The rooms were small with lack of lighting. The bathroom had one small mirror, fluorescent/bright lighting that made getting ready very difficult. There was no coffee maker in the room, view was terrible (even though we paid for the highest level room available below a suite), and customer service was absolutely awful. We were one minute past our checkout time and they used a loud tone over the loud speaker in our room to "nudge" us along to get out - this on a Monday AM during low season. With MANY other luxury options in Nashville, I'll most definitely never stay in this hotel again. It was basically a Holiday Inn with some nice finishes.”

“Quite a nice hotel really. Better than I expected. The beds and pillows are super clean and comfy. The decor throughout the building is very contemporary and everything looks recently remodeled. I enjoyed the free arcade in the lobby although the Cruise World driving game gas pedal is broken. The restaurant and bar is a great place to grab a bite and catch a game. Good location. I walked to the Music City Center for a business conference every day and I enjoyed the short walk. The gym is great and it seems like I’m the only person in the building that actually used it - so that was a bonus to workout alone for a change. The staff members behind the front desk are hit or miss. Some of them are friendly and helpful, but others will avoid eye contact if at all possible. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.”
