We enjoyed our food and atmosphere so much that once our initial meal was done Ms. Flor helped us moved to the outside seated area where we stayed longer and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water front and beach with our new server Danela who was just as equally kind and provided wonderful service. Thank you to all three ladies who made our experience so wonderful. We will definitely be back!!!”

We took a taxi straight to the hotel at 8 am because we had our luggage so we were just going to wait around til check in at 3. But Natalie at the front desk was so awesome. She allowed us to get into a room at that time without hesitation. I was so thankful. Breakfast bar had several options and it was very good food. And they also have a free shuttle to the airport. I have been a long-time customer for many years, I only stay at the Marriott but I think this will be my first and last stay here at this property. The cleaning service of the 6 days I stayed, it was twice and the second time not even my son's bed was fixed, they didn't even pass a vacuum cleaner, the floor remained greasy because I had made food, which is definitely not what I expected, I felt in a dirty and dark place my husband even killed a cockroach. I always had the Marriott as an excellence in cleanliness, comfort and cordiality. My son got sick at night and I had to take off the sheet and blanket, but the reception said to wait until the next day because they had no blankets and as for the sheets, they had no one to take; so my husband went to pick it up, because I couldn't wait to continue sleeping only the next day, when the sheet and blanket arrived. Some people on the team (count on the finger) were friendly, but the rest.... They barely look at you, they're rude most of the time. I was not informed at check-in and to my surprise; I was charged for receiving some purchases at the hotel.... $5.00 per box, I went to question because in all these years that I ONLY STAY IN MARRIOTT NEVER CHARGED ME FOR RECEIVING PURCHASE, the reception simply looked at me and replied that unfortunately it is a policy of that property and there is nothing to do! I didn't find this information anywhere on the website, politics, etc. I understand that there may be adjustments to facilitate operating expenses, but cleaning and sanitation should never be compromised. Even more so after a COVID, dirty, dusty phones without being cleaned since the end of the pandemic; which should remain all the care of the pandemic. Great location for everything but it's not worth it; unfortunately”

“As Marriott Gold members, we have stayed at other AC locations and had great experiences. This one however, was not great. The first room we were assigned to smelled like somebody left poop in to toilet. I checked the bathroom because it smelled so bad. The carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed, and there were clumps of hair and fake eyelashes both in the bed and bath rooms. My husband requested another room. The second room has dirty socks in the trash, and garbage left by coffee makers. At this point, it's probably 11pm and we just want to shower and go to bed. There was NO shampoo or shower gel, just empty bottles. And when you get in the shower, there is so much dust that sticks to your feet, you can tell the floor is rarely cleaned. We had to utilize the sofa bed and they only offer sheets and no warm blankets. The thermostat is super bright and we tried hanging a towel to dim it. There was so much noise until after midnight and early in the morning. It's like everyone that leaves early, slams their doors. We originally booked two nights and we're so disappointed and exhausted, we cancelled the second night and cut out trip early.”
