“Spent 2 weeks in the Hotel here, the staff was super friendly and helpful with things. It has a cabin atmosphere. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The pillows are a little old, small, and very firm, has a fridge, microwave, large tv, small coffee maker, and a leather reclining chair. The pool is heated, 2 hot tubs inside the hotel all are nice and clean. It's located next to a Costco and within walking distance to Target, shopping stores and some box food chains. I would definitely stay here with my family.”

“Loved staying here!!! Everything is super clean! The rooms were large and clean! They allow your doggos to stay with you free of charge! Which was sooo nice! Our room had hardwood floors rather than carpet, which just added to the cleanliness of the place!! The housekeeping staff, and maintenance were all super nice! Breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!!! They have a pancake maker instead of waffles! They have sooooo many choices. The eggs are actually cooked in a skillet. I have never seen a hotel with such a nice spread for breakfast! Will be back when we go to Yellowstone again!”

“We came here after the luxury-turned-cheap-motel experience that was the Lake Yellowstone Hotel. We found the staff accommodating and knowledgable about the area. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were wonderful. The pool and spa were well-kept and easy to use. The pool is kept at a warm temperature. The bathrooms even had a heating feature to dry our swimsuits! The attached restaurant was quaint, but the food was great and the portion sizes were massive - go with a big appetite! Service was a little slow, but the portion sizes more than made up for that. The location is also filled with history that is proudly displayed. This is a great go-to for anyone planning a Yellowstone vacation!”

“We stayed here for nearly 4 weeks while our apartment was being renovated. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Sean in particular went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met and our questions were answered. He also made us feel exceedingly welcome the whole time. The breakfast was also served on time every day and was well prepared. Thank you to everyone!”

“Very impressed with this hotel! Service was good, free breakfast included (cereal, granola bars, some fruit, drinks, etc), they had plenty of parking and an underground heated parking garage as well, they also had some fun things included like a fire pit to sit at with s’mores kits, and ice cream during certain hours in the lobby. They also allowed us to rent bear spray, hiking sticks, and binoculars from a little shack just outside the hotel (keep in mind this shack closed on 10/1 for the season though). The only con I can think of is that the shower pressure wasn’t great - but not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Stayed here for three nights. Rooms were super clean. They were cleaned up everyday when we returned in the evening. Breakfast coffee was good and it had the usual stuff. The scrambled eggs were top notch. It was very near to a snowmobile tour place we had to go in the morning. Lot of restaurants nearby. A couple of coffee shops that were open. Taking a star off as on the last night we stayed, there was someone cooking food in a tent outside which caused a lot of smoke to come inside the hotel and the hallways smells of the smoke. It also crept into our rooms.”

“Absolutely not worth the price. Stayed at the AC across the street 1 month prior and literally everything was better for MUCH less money. Valet dropped the ball twice, so the front desk said they would comp the valet. It didn't happen. The hotel sells the rooftop and basement bars, both of which were closed for private events. The front desk staff, with one exception, gave Motel 6 level service. Room temp constantly changed. Wand in the shower didn't work. The railing on the east side of the front steps is loose, which is a dangerous liability. This is in no way a 4 star hotel experience. Not even remotely worth the splurge.”

“Been staying here once every year and the hotel never disappoints. Rooms are clean, front desk attendant is friendly, check-in was quick. Plenty of desk space and decent lighting for those after work hours work stuffs. Beds are comfortable, as are the pillows. A good night's rest is very important to me, after a 12 hour work day. Hotel is close to highway and easy to find.”

“So the staff, breakfast, and views are fantastic. The reason for the poor review is the state of the hotel combined with how pricey it is compared to other Hamptons. The hotel was pretty run down/out dated. The upholstery on almost all the lobby chairs were in horrible shape. One of the side entrances to the building is broken. The hot tub is permanently closed. The "hot" water in our room was maybe luke warm (we were still cold while fully under the shower head). The ceiling above the shower has mold on it. Our closet door was broken, specifically the hinges. The furniture in the room was fine, just very outdated. With the quality I've come to expect from Hapton Inns, I was very appalled at having to pay so much to get the same experience as a cheap motel.”

“Great stay in West Yellowstone Fantastic, clean little place with really good, accommodating staff. Staff even gave us recommendations on places to eat. We stayed here one night and were planning to head up to Gardiner. But a snowstorm came in and turned us around before we could get to Mammoth Hot Springs. So, we headed back to West Yellowstone and The Stage Coach. They simply opened up our previous stay and put us right back in the same room. Great place. Great staff. Can’t wait to come back and see them again!”

Two chairs in the room for sitting, very comfortable bed and pillows. Fresh clean towels and sheets. They don’t allow cooking in the room. Wasn’t a concern for us. They provided restaurant list for town. Walkable 2-6 blocks for dining. Coffee and packaged danish or muffins in morning. Microwave in separate room with ice machine. Would definitely stay again.
