“We went to brunch on Christmas day and it was fabulous. Since we stayed elsewhere, I cannot comment on the rooms, but the common spaces were stunning, elegant, comfortably furnished, and welcoming. We found the staff courteous and welcoming as well. Looks like it would be a nice play to stay.”

“My husband I stayed at this property over the weekend. Checkin and checkout attendants were curtious. Although the parking lot was full at night, it was an extremely quiet and pleasant stay. A very clean and well kept property. The room attendants on our floor and those cleaning the breakfast area when we left to checkout were not noisy but pleasant. Excellent job to the Manager, Melissa,K. of this property. I highly recommend it and will return in the future. Thank you for an excellent experience!”

“If I could give zero stars I would! The assistant manager on duty December 27, 2023 could find our two room reservation then proceeded to only give us a key for one room. Finally after my daughter send me the room numbers that she reserved, she was finally able to give us card keys. To be honest, I get better service from McDonalds than from this person who is an assistant manager. The rooms were a disaster. One smelled of smoke and both rooms were extremely dirty. The door on one room did not close properly so did not feel secure all night. The heat was broken in the room so I didn’t get any sleep. Do yourself a favor, pass this hotel by until they get new management and spend some money on a good cleaning of the room. The only redeeming factor was the restaurant where food and service was excellent. I believe your staff in the restaurant would do a better job of running that place than who you have now. This location has lost my business forever.”

“Hotel was great. Loved the location, nice and quiet, easily accessible to places. Breakfast was great, staff was excellent. Only hiccup was they forgot to clean our room. Informed staff and ensured it was done next day. Beautiful pool and spa. Internet was great. Lots of pillows, just too soft. Definitely recommend”

“We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff and location. The front desk staff was nice. This hotel is only two floors and the elevator is so slow. You would think it has 10 floors. The rooms need to be updated. I didn't want to walk on the floor without shoes. The carpet needs to be replaced. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom had rust and mildew in the shower like housekeeping just does the bare minimum. There was someone's hair in our shower drain. The sprinkler in the ceiling was about to fall out. We had a baby lizard in the corner of the bathroom. My husband disposed of it. During breakfast they ran out of apple and cranberry juice and did not get anymore the entire weekend was there. They ran out of regular creamers for the coffee and didn't get anymore. The famous cinnamon rolls on the first day were hard as a brick, couldn't eat them. The next day they put out apple danishes instead. We enjoyed the location because it was close to a lot of activities. I would not stay here again.”
