“The first time I was here everything was perfect. The staff was friendly the room was clean. Although it was a bit pricey it was okay(maybe a 4 star). I was here the second and the last time two days ago. It was just TERRIBLE. The staff gave me a room. I went in and the beddings, sheets and blanket were really dirty and stinky. The only thing that was clean were the towels. So, I went downstairs and told the staff about the situation and he was being polite and friendly. I first had a meal before going back to my room. I found a new blanket on the bed folded in a very poor manner. I mean a child could fold better. I unfolded it to check it out, but it was worse. There was HAIR all over the blanket. I NEVER had such a BAD IMPRESSION of a hotel before.”
