When I called the hotel, they claimed that I asked the front desk to extend. I asked for proof and I was told by Janelle I would get a call back on Monday. That was 4 days ago and still no call. Be careful of this hotel. Clearly they don’t care about overcharging their guests.”

“My husband and I spent an amazing 10 days at this gem of a resort on Anna Maria Island! The heated pool was right outside our room and the beach a little stroll down a sandy path. We'd often sit on the lounge chairs reading or just gazing at the ocean. The staff and office workers are simply awesome! Jackie and Jason are most kind and thoughtful. One of the best things about this place is you don't need to rent a car! The Monkey Bus or Trolley, for a small fee, will take you wherever you want to go! Also a great gentleman, Mr. Bob, will pick you up from the airport and return you when you're leaving. The best restaurants are near by serving fresh and delicious food! We also enjoyed meeting so many great people! We look forward to staying at this wonderful resort on our return visit to AMI !”

“We have only ever been inside the main building where The Chateau Restaurant is located but have been outside at their pool area which is really nice. A great location for this place, easy to get to all the shops, bars and restaurants. There is the trolly stop out front which is very good for those wanting to use the local trolly for getting around. This location is right at the harbor with beautiful views of the water and easy access to rental boats and trips by them. Good car parking with lots of spaces.”

As well as board games and movies you can choose from to do at night in your cottage. The beach was steps away and the sand was white and the ocean teal blue it was as if you were in the Caribbean island somewhere. Breath taking !!”

I understand that each unit has a private owner, but they should be made to keep their units up to par. My first impression with the front door almost made me turn around and find another place to stay. If it wasn't for my husband making me walk in I might have never stayed here.”
