“Overall, this is a great hotel experience. Had elevator issues when we first got there and waited about an hour before we could go to our room. Staff was great. Breakfast choices were not very good. Fairly expensive hotel for that. I guess I was expecting better for paying so much for the room.”

“I enjoyed my stay. The room was tidy and comfortable. We had 2 kids and 2 adults. We also brought our dogs, and they weren't stressed by the atmosphere. I appreciated that they put us close to the door on the first floor so the frequent dog walks weren't a pain in the butt.”

“Pulling teeth to get housekeeping to come regularly. Update: Few days in a row I asked for housekeeping and they don’t show. Another update: The next day I get “scheduled” for housekeeping and confirmed with front desk in morning. Come back to room still not touched. This would not be such a big deal but I need to know when they are coming to clean and I ask for cleaning when I’m not going to be in the room. I don’t like having to ask for trash bags and having to buy them for the room. To be clear. I’m only complaining for service that’s once a week. Nothing crazy”
