“Stayed in the motel, thinking it would be 4* accommodation as advertised, lol. It's 2* really, but the location was the saving grace. Rooms need a good clean / refresh, but luckily we didn't spend much time inside. Good value for money if breakfast was included, which it wasn't.”

“Beautiful venue but we went for afternoon tea and there were no staff at the counter. After 5-10 minutes we found someone who took our order. Tea and coffee arrived and were very nice. We waited 40 minutes for 2 scones and had to go in and remind them we were still waiting. They then said sorry- 5 minutes but had obviously forgotten.”

“If you want to sleep, don’t stay here or take ear plugs. We could hear the baby 3 doors down, the man next door snoring and the other man next to us have a shower at 4.00am and leave at 4.30am, plus the road noise, train and a fridge we had to turn off in the end because it needs to be replaced. The room was basic, which is fine by us and clean which we appreciate but the walls are made of paper.”

“We stayed at the Bowral Hotel for a couple nights recently for a friend's wedding. Location was perfect - lots of great cafes nearby. Room was newly renovated, clean and tidy. We didn't plan to be there much so it was perfect place to shower and sleep. Service was welcoming when we checked in but didn't have any other interaction with any staff the rest of our time there. Only thing we would recommend they sort out is the door to access the rooms on top of the hotel - every time it's opened it slams shut loudly.”
