“I thought I would recommend it in the beginning. However, it was terrible in the end. We checked out at 1 a.m., so we had asked for lunchbox as we were skipping breakfast. The lady wrote it down and assured us she had had it under control. However, when we were leaving at night, there were no lunch boxes for us. They said something like "Oh, that's my colleague's mistake, there will be no food, that's it". Imagine that: you had your dinner at 7 p.m and then you're starving till 10 a.m. airplane breakfast. We were up all night and obviously we were hungry. As for the hotel, the advantages are food and rooms (very cozy). However, there are disadvantages: 1) Reception. Mentioned it earlier 2) Cleaning. It was very basic & they didn't change our bed even once (we've stayed there for a week) 3) Cats. Cats are used to being fed by guests during the meals, so they are everywhere. They jump on to the chairs right next to you, they walk on the tables, they're basically trying to jump into your plate.”

“We were to several vacation before, but we must say this was the best one. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 2 mins away from the beach. Every evening they have a animation programm, both for adults and children. The staff here are all very nice, they speak mostly german, but it isn't hard to communicate with them in english or russian. Especially animators are very talkative and they always come to say hi. It may be an older hotel, but the rooms are cozy and clean. Food here is an absolute delicacy. They cook meals from different countries, so everyone can find something right for them. The hotel also has a hairdresser, tattoo studio and a mini shop, which is really helpful. There's a lot of green in the area, which makes a great impression. We loved that the hotel was eco-friendly and also raised money for stray cats and dogs. All in all, it's a suitable hotel for families and also friends.”

“Amazing hotel with great staff! This is the hotel to stay at, I've stayed all over Alanya and this is a gem. I must say that everything is excellent. The location of the hotel is positioned in the heart of the city so numerous places to see are within walking-distance. Hotel's landscape with Alanya Fortress is amazing. Staffs are attentive and friendly. I've stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend multiple times and whenever we arrive, we are welcomed intimately by the reception crew. When it comes to the rooms, they're spacious; decorated with up-to-date furnitures and an immaculate french bed. The best part for the rooms is that they are peaceful - like I said before, I stayed several times at various rooms. Looking forward to come back. Her sey icin tesekkurler”

“I’ve chosen this hotel due to previous great experiences with Alanya’s hotels and any other turkish cities that I’ve visited in the past. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with stay in Kleopatra Life hotel. Hotel is located 30 mins from city centre and port. The beach is located across the street. Hotel’s beach doesn’t have snack bar, for all drinks and food you have to pay, you can’t bring yours too. The most annoying is that for deckchairs is charge €7 per day which is ridiculous for this standard of hotel. The pool in the hotel is very small, most of the day is no sun. No personal space at all. Food exceptional although not much choice every day. Very big salad bar, meat or fish only one selection per dinner. Desserts nice. All inclusive drinks are beer, low quality spirits, no wine. Staff nice, engaging, not all speak English which may be hard if it comes to room service. Cleaning wasn’t prompt, had to be requested. The room was again very small. You can forget about opening two suitcases on the floor. Only one card for the room was provided. If it comes to entertainment in this hotel is very poor. One show per week which was very basic. Overall experience wasn’t too bad although I’ve expected far more from 4* hotel. I didn’t have to look for luxury hotels in the past. All of them 4* had what this hotel didn’t have. I can clearly see owner doesn’t take any critisism and everything is guest fault.”

“WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT! This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! On our second day my family had money stolen from our rooms and were called liars by the staff either after the rude reception staff slipped up and told us somebody had accessed our room while we was out by a master key! We was told to wait and was passed from “manager” to “manager” to apparently get this resolved - the resolution - ‘your a liar’ I’ve never ever met staff so rude in a hotel. The way they spoke to my family was disgusting. We were told this never happens in this hotel then checked Google reviews and see loads of people have had other items and money stolen! The food was disgusting unless you like last nights onion rings and broccoli for breakfast that is. We met another guest who had been in her room for 2 days after getting food poisoning and being scammed in the in-house salon £50 to have toes painted after being told she would only pay £20! And I’m sure you can guess what the managements answer was to her complaints about both - once again she was a liar. Please do not waste your money, time and holiday staying in this hotel and make the same mistake me and my family did!”
