“I’ve had a couple of stays here. All have been good. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4 PM. They expediently got the room prepared. They moved me to a handicapped room, which I was trying to avoid, but I still technically received my upgraded room that there was supposed to be an additional fee for, which they waived. They delivered the extra towels and linens I requested. One problem is their restaurant, which they don’t own, who I was harassed by with phone calls and a nasty poison pen left outside my door because I didn’t leave an adequate tip due to underwhelming service. The staff and management of the bistro clearly do not have the proper temperament to be in customer service and just added merit with their actions regarding my side of the situation. “First time staying here. Couldn't ask for anything better. Felt like I was home. Rooms were clean, quiet, and made you feel like u just walked into your own house. Staff was awesome. Very friendly and nice. This is hands down my favorite place to stay now. It reminds me of how places were back in my childhood. I hope I get to come back soon”

“The staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and if anything was running low the attendant made sure she let us know more was coming. The Dove shampoo, conditioner and lotion was top notch.”
