“The hotel complex is beautiful, the view from the large swimming pool is magnificent, and the rooms are modern and clean. However, that's about all there is to praise. The value for money is otherwise completely off. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, the dining hall closes at 8:00 PM, and there is no bar in the evening, not to mention a minibar in the rooms is nowhere to be found. There isn't even a telephone to call the reception, and even the TV channels are not correctly set up. The food is barely average and, like many other things, overpriced. It is clear that savings are being made at every corner exactly where they shouldn't be: on the guest and service. A hotel that doesn't even meet the minimal standard should not have five stars but at most two.”
