“I stayed there with my family, including an infant. On arrival, we were greeted by Taylor, who was the absolute best. He provided such a premium service. He was very friendly and helpful. We got a nice room with an amazing view. He gave us information to make our stay better. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety and on Wednesdays there's a complimentary evening meal. The fitness center had a lot of equipment, which was a plus for me. I would recommend this hotel 100%.”

“I've stayed at this Hampton inn 28 nights out of the last 35 days. Everything has been fine except for a few things. 1 they cleaned my carpets while I was staying there and I still had 6 more days in my room no warning, no offer to change rooms. They even cleaned my furniture, I was staying in a suite. They told me it would dry in 1 day, it took 3 days too dry. 2 I recommend staying on the back side of the hotel the street near the hotel seems to be a local race track ( its not) but the way people drive on that road is ridiculous. I would get woken up at least 2-3 times a night. Otherwise the hotel is great.”

“I’ve stayed here several times now while having to go to hospital appointments. It’s only a10 minute drive to Huntsman. It’s always clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s in a nice neighborhood. The breakfast options are varied and delicious. I like having the option of bringing my dog if I need to. And even though they allow dogs, the rooms are always clean and I don’t feel disgusted like some other hotels I’ve tried in SLC. The workout room and the pool and hot tub is also nice.”

“I called the hotel from SLC airport and asked for a shuttle to be sent to pick me up. The staff, “Austin” I spoke to could have been more courteous but it didn’t bother me at that time. It was a cold evening, and I was in a wheelchair. I waited for 25 minutes and called the hotel again. The way Austin talked to me was not courteous again. When I was finally picked up I found out that their shuttle pick up guests of two other different hotels. These two other hotels’ names were painted in large letters on the shuttle, but Hyatt’s Place was painted very small. Not only that when the shuttle door is being opened the logo of Hyatt Place becomes invisible. Austin could have explained the information which could have prevented me from missing the first shuttle.”

“The Hampton Inn Draper Salt Lake City was a nice, clean, quiet hotel conveniently located just off of the freeways and just outside of Salt Lake City. The views of the mountains from both sides of the hotel were stunning. Our room was spacious, clean, and everything was functioning as expected. The area surrounding the hotel is clean and quiet. The free onsite parking seemed very safe. We were able to check in early. The check in on the app and digital key make things super easy. The free hot breakfast was good. The fitness room was well appointed and the pool/spa area were nice as well.”

“This is our second time staying here--the first was 9 years ago. On this occasion, some things had changed a bit, so let me contrast good and less good. Good: great breakfast! yummy chocolate chip cookies provided, good Internet, comfy bed, good water pressure, good hot water. Lovely place. Less good: Our room has a "European tub and shower," which means that the shower is a hose and head attached to the tub, which would be fine except that you can't stand up and reach your head if you are taller than 5'4". You can sit or crouch in the tub, but that is less comfortable. Also, the Inn wants to keep the comforters clean (understandable--greasy popcorn hands can ruin the nice comforters), so they ask you to remove them rather than trash them. No problem. But then you are left with the sheet and a thin blanket, and we froze the first night because we couldn't find a thermostat (turns out, it was a remote-operated one that we on;y discovered shortly before checking out), and we didn't want to have the fireplace on all night. We asked for another blanket the second night, which helped, but not a lot. Finally, there is no place to put clothes, coats...nothing. No dresser, no closet, and only one hook on the bathroom door. Still a great place to stay, but the inconveniences would make me want to tour before deciding which room to book. Get a shower. Bring or ask for extra blankets.”

“I couldn't be happier with the staff and their kindness, but there were a few issues that we didn't anticipate, and some of the amenities that weren't available were why we opted for this particular hotel. The pool is currently out of order. The main elevator is out of order. As a Hilton Honors member, I hope to be updated on things like that, so I hated letting my daughter down about the pool, especially. The room was very clean, the rooms were very quiet, and the parking was good. We would stay again, especially because of the proximity to the airport, but hope they will be more forthcoming with issues when booking. The breakfast is great.”

“New, clean, modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms had some great features. Especially liked the rolling table that was integrated into the dresser/ counter. The one bad was the poor breakfast. Expensive and small. Looked and tasted like the worst kind of TV dinner. Pretty sure they just tear off some plastic and microwave it. Then charge you 12 bucks. Skip the breakfast and you'll probably love this hotel. One other issue. The smallest pool I've ever seen at a Marriott hotel.”

“My husband and I love The Anniversary Inn! We have gone for the last 6 years for our anniversary and it’s always fun to get a new themed room. However, we’ve noticed over the past years that the “quality” has gone down just a bit. When we first went 6 years ago they always had 2 slices of cheesecake in the room, they no longer do that. (Which I can understand, maybe it got expensive?) but we always order the spinach and artichoke dip, it usually comes nice and warm with an array of crackers and some tortilla chips, but this time when we called and ordered this is what we got. It was also very cold while the bowl it was in was super hot (so it had been microwaved obviously). This time it just wasn’t worth the $8 for the dip AT ALL. (This should be a $2 dip haha) I think if the quality of the Inn just keeps going down like this we probably will no longer go here on our anniversaries.”
