“It's my birthday and I would not recommend this place for adults teenagers maybe college students. Shared bathroom not my cup of tea, no TV in room, keys barely work. They control the heat, lots of rules for $403 dollars for 4 nights. The elevator is down I'm on the 3rd floor. Living room 2nd floor and shared kitchen oh two bunk beds and two twin beds. The bottom bulbed is comfortable twin beds no. Sucks ! I wouldn't recommend worst stay ever. 1)20/2024.”

“A little hard to find. Kind of off the beaten path. If you miss the small sign good luck knowing you passed it. Staff was very courteous. Allowed me to check in around 11:45 am. Rooms are quaint, efficiently set up. Definitely feels more like a business hotel than it does a family hotel. Pool is nice but nobody was using it. 24/7 coffee as with all Hilton properties. The bathrooms in the room were big, and the showers had great pressure!”

“Stayed for a hockey tournament. Had a good stay. An older facility and changing hands. I enjoyed the features that were available. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff. Especially, Cheryl and Sandra(?) on continental breakfast, doing the best darn job they can in a small prep kitchen. I love Annie, she made my stay and my life better, I am blessed having met her, I wished she was my mom.”

You’ll hear doors when its closed at night as the doors are pretty heavy and sturdy, the floors are not noise proof so you might hear people walking above. Inclusive breakfast in the morning was also great. The location is near the stores that we visited. Housekeeping does sound that they are shouting at each other but it did look like a friendly funny conversation 😂”

“I really loved the modernly decorated rooms and the view was to die for! Beds were comfortable. Wasn’t told upfront about the $150 per day hold for incidentals which was an inconvenience but overall it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. 3 restaurants/bars and access to downtown. $17/day Parking fee was high but my car was safe. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectified the little bug situation by changing our room and giving us breakfast vouchers. He even offered to help us move our things to the new room. Will definitely stay again!”

“Spent the night there the night before flying out on a business trip. Winter storm resulted in cancelled flight & trip; we were unable to drive home due to a travel ban. We extended our stay for another night, and were given a discounted price. When we were unexpectedly able to leave late in the afternoon, they graciously refunded our extra night's cost. Staff was extremely courteous. Sports 365 Restaurant on-site was awesome and had delicious food, along with a pleasant staff. Thank you for a great experience! This was our second stay with you, and you will see us again when we next travel!”

“I recently stayed here just for a one night getaway. Despite using a third party site to book the staff was amazing and there were no hitches with checking in. I guess I didn’t pay attention or know what a “suite” was and was amazed that was I essentially staying in a studio apartment. Great bathroom, bed (nice mattress,) living area and kitchenette with stove and dishwasher!!! It was amazing. The only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was I noticed a sign about renovations which I think was related to pool area. The hot tub didn’t work, it was usable but pool warm, not hot. Not the end of the world but a bit of a letdown because it was part of the reason I booked. I will definitely be back.”

“Entrance not well marked or lit. Had to mess with all kinds of parking lots trying to figure out where to go in. Rude staff. I don't think it's ever taken me so long to check in or out. They had given the room I booked to someone else before I got there. They gave me a handicapped accessible room. No lamps on nightstand, just a sheet as a blanket. It was dingy. I won't use any Baymont again after that. Lesson learned.”
