“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was clean, it had good room service and very friendly staff. Most of them knew english to some degree, so you don't have to worry about not being able to communicate. They are keen to help if there are any problems. This was only once the case with the Wifi and it was managed instantly by the staff. After that the wifi was mostly good. I didn't encounter any other probelms. Therfore I thank the staff for being friendly, helpful and up to the task. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall the hotel is very much recommendable, especially because they offer good prices for their rooms. Edit: Döndü hanim helped out a lot with extra wishes regarding room service!”

“Clean and nice, friendly staff but most of them don't speak English. Rooms are nice and have enough space. AC was on heat in October at night and there is no way to turn on cold, and opening the window was not an option because it's located on a main street, take a light pajama :) breakfast was good with lots of options. Location is not far from main attractions. Value for money too.”

“For visa purposes I had to stay very long in Ankara and among all other hotels I’ve stayed at - this is the very best! Overall I lived here for about 2 weeks. Being recently renovated, outside view is great and really stands out. Interior design is amazing and very consistent. Reception service is outstanding and very friendly. Anything they can help with or fix, they are available, 24/7. Traveling solo, I felt safe. Location is superb, quiet street but very close to everything needed. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, selection of pillows is diverse. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but I did live very long. Overall breakfast was good and nourishing. View from breakfast lounge is great! ☺️ Pub on ground floor is very cool, good food and nice beer selection. Separate and additional notes about spa and pool. I’ve chosen this hotel specifically for it, and I was not disappointed. Good massage, spacious pool, sauna, hammam, relaxation area, gym. Operating hours in November were 10am-10pm. Above all I was very much impressed by courtesy and professionalism of Spa manager Erkan. Thank you very much! Very tactful, attentive and professional. If I come back to Ankara, I will only stay in this hotel!”

“I checked into this hotel late at night tired after a long trip. As I tried to take a shower, they had no hot water. They had to come and open some sort of faucet for a hot water. After I finally took the shower as I got into bed I immediately realized the sheets smelled like someone slept in them before me. Needless to say I felt disgusted and dirty all over again. That’s like the worst thing that can happen. I had to request for new sheets and had to make the bed myself as the housekeeping was gone for the day. The breakfast was decent though. I recommend inspecting and smelling the sheets before getting in at this hotel if you decide to use them. Update: an answer to hotels response: Let the real boss of this establishment check the cameras and see how many times someone came upstairs to first deal with the water issue then second time to hand me new sheets. I’m glad you mentioned the refund matter ironically thinking it would be in your favor. You charged me $55 for checking out 2 hours late which I didn’t mention as it was within hotel policy. However, to use that to claim I’m lying about your dirty sheets just proves my point the kind of establishment you manage. You had the opportunity to do something about the inconvenience you caused but you didn’t take it.”

“Hotel is located in a convenient location, very close to everything. But the the street is very very noisy with night clubs, bars and karaokes. If you arrive on the weekend, it is very loud :) even with window closed. After one sleepless night I’ve asked management to change rooms. They were so helpful and so accommodating! This is what really makes a big difference. The room is simple, but everything you might need is there. Breakfast was good and diverse, with refills of everything.”

“I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability.”
