“Easton is a beautiful town! We were there to celebrate my aunt and uncle's 50th wedding anniversary. We needed a hotel that accepted pets. As a Hilton Honors Gold status holder, I've stayed at a whole lot of Hilton properties! I can honestly say that this staff has been the most courteous, hospitable and genuine group of people I've ever encountered. There was an issue with the television, but Patrick, (the manager) graciously went out of his way to mske up for it! Our senior dog has never been on a long trip and as a result became a little ill. In a rush to get back on the road to get him home, we left a few items. Patrick called and asked where we'd want the items sent to. The rooms might need a little updating at some point. However, the charm of the town makes up for it.. And as far as staff, they can't be beat! I'm planning a vacation in the spring to see those same relatives! Rest assured, I will be staying there again!”

“Best hotel stay we've had in a long time. Rooms and facilities in general were very clean. Bright colors in the rooms, safe area, quiet. When we went to work out in the gym, staff brought us water bottles and offered us water bottles for our long drive home. Such nice people, and they really make it worth coming back to. It's in a convenient location, but right off of 50, which is a little crazy to get on and off. But it was easy to get around town.”

“My SO and I booked a stay for a single night in the French Country room. When we first arrived, we were notified that because the Wine and Dine package that we had purchased had been downgraded to the Ready for Romance package because the restaurant was not in service at this time of year (September). However, the only reason we added the pack was for the $50 restaurant value, so we paid 50 dollars for a single bottle of wine and two glasses. They should probably take that off the website as an option instead of sinking you into the less economical option. As soon as we entered the room, we were met with an incredibly thick chemical cleaning smell that was present in every bit of the room (except oddly enough the bathroom - more on that later). My SO immediately began to have an allergic reaction, so we put the vacation on pause and had to purchase an air purifier from Target and set it in the room the rest of the day while we were out in the town. When we came back, even 6+ hours of air purification had not removed enough of the smell and was still causing a reaction. We tried to salvage the experience a bit by using the jetted bathtub, but when we turned it on black mold/scum/something came out of all the jets - clearly not cleaned recently. We tried to get in contact with the front desk to arrange a change of room/fix, but they had already left for the night (Closed at 8pm). We ended up having to stay at another hotel down the street and wasn't able to spend any time in the room at all. The next day I reported all of this to the front desk when we were checking out, they were very nice and apologized but said that they would have to talk with the owners about any potential refund/rectification and they would pass along the picture I had taken of the bathtub situation. Its now been over a month since then and I haven't gotten any response back from the inn, despite asking for updates as well. Great location, but subpar cleaning and customer service.”
