“I have to say that sadly this hotel definitely doesn’t live up to it’s 5 stars rating. The main reason is the slow, reluctant staff. They communicate very poorly in English and hardly understand you. I saw that they much rather prefer Turkish and German customers but in my opinion every customer should be treated equally because we all paid for the stay at the hotel. The rooms we got were unfortunately a bit smaller than the other rooms and very far from the main restaurant, lobby bar and basically from everything. The transfer bus that runs to the beach smells like canned fish because the seats are made of fabric and not plastic like other hotels. The receptionists didn’t even say bye after we got checked out, which we were very sorry about but I must say that few of the waiters were very kind and helpful. Meals and desserts tasted good in overall, but the staff at the grill have a lot to learn. The meat was kinda rubbery and eggs were almost raw at the breakfast. The entertainment programs were pretty diverse and fun and the drinks in the Irish pub were really tasty and well made. I really have to praise the Italian á la carte. Everything about it was excellent. This hotel definitely has it’s positives like entertainment program and the pool area but it also has a lot of negatives as well and if I gotta be honest I thought there would be a lot better service than we actually got because it’s a brand new hotel after all. We’ve been to Turkey 8 times, of which 4 times in Side, but this hotel was a bit of a disappointment for us and probably this was the first and the last time we visited this hotel.”

Now for the negative part: unfortunately there were no loungers available and we spent hours looking, so we also had arguments with Arab guests about it. Unfortunately nothing is done about it, it is said that towels will be collected after 1 hour of reservation. We also responded to the guest complaint, but unfortunately without success. That's why I wouldn't recommend it during the summer holidays as it is unfortunately overcrowded.”

“I stayed at this hotel recently and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was absolutely terrible - flavorless, overcooked, and generally unappetizing. Even the most basic dishes seemed to have been prepared without any care or attention to detail. On top of that, the drinks at the bar were just as bad. I ordered a cocktail and it was so poorly mixed that I could barely finish it. The wine selection was also underwhelming, with only a few low-quality options available. Overall, I found the dining and drinking options at this hotel to be severely lacking. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and selection. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values good food and drink during their stay. Umut and Arthur, who were staying at the hotel with me, were very friendly and fun to be around. They made my stay more enjoyable with their company. In addition, Mert, a member of the staff at the hotel's bar, was extremely attentive not only to us, but to all the guests. It was clear that he enjoyed his work and was very skilled at it. However, I have to say that the animation team was almost non-existent during my stay. There were very few activities or events organized for guests to participate in. This was disappointing, as I had been looking forward to some fun and engaging entertainment during my vacation.”
