“**POSITIVE** //LOCATION// The location is very suitable for a pool and beach, the weather was also very nice as it was not too hot or cold. //VIEW// It was very nice. **NEGATIVE** //JUMPING PILLOW// I didn't know that you had to be dry to go on the jumping pillow, I couldn't tell because the sign was very dull and had no paint on it. Should be updated in the future. //OTHER KIDS// The other kids here were very rude to my kids, calling my son a "ginger" The staff should put up a sign of they're expectations for children that go here because that was completely unacceptable. //ROOMS// The beds were extremely uncomfortable and dirty and the cleaners had put no effort into cleaning them properly. The sliding door to the main room didn't lock properly, staff were unaware of this and should pay more attention to this. Same thing for the door to the kids room.”

“Had a few days between hubby's cancer treatments unfortunately he was sick the whole time. Rooms were clean .basic but very clean.the lady cleaning upstairs was lovely and asked us numerous times did we need anything. The bar staff were lovely with one exception a staff member big fella after purchasing a drink and check with bar staff that I could take upstairs to terrace told me I couldn't and it was illegal. But other than that an absolutely beautiful pub.within walking distance to everything in that area. We would definitely stay here again .”

“This place was absolutely stunning. We stayed on the top floor that had a spa and enjoyed it thoroughly. Value for money this place can't be beaten. You can hear the crashing of the waves from your room and the breeze going through is refreshing. Rooms are clean, air-conditioning works well and the balcony is a good place to relax and unwind. The only issue we had was that the bed was not comfortable. It may have been a combination of the bed and pillows but we had very little sleep during our two night stay. It would have been absolutely perfect otherwise. We left feeling great about the visit but pretty exhausted that we couldn't sleep. Look forward to another visit one day.”

Only criticism I could say was that on check in I found the staff very abrupt and when I asked a question felt like I was an idiot for asking. No recognition of being an accor member.”

“The room itself was very lovely: quiet, spacious, comfortable beds. There was plenty of parking. I found the service just not quite what I would expect for having paid what we did. No towels on arrival and no answer to phone call to reception. They were happily provided and reasonably promptly. There was no room clean and so the used crockery (cups) was not replenished. Again requested that - again happily provided but with dinner plates (?!) and no tea cups. Back to reception to sort that. On our last night we arrived back to find that the absence of a room replenish that day also meant we had no toilet paper. And of course reception is closed and I dare not ring the after hours number as it is $50 if not deemed an emergency. It is lucky I have an “emergency” toilet roll in the car. All in all, I felt like a squeaky wheel asking several times for things that I would have thought would be anticipated and provided with thought and care, especially for the price paid. The care factor just wasn’t there.”

“We stayed here overnight on our way back to Victoria from QLD. We were pleasantly surprised by how fresh and clean it was. The room was comfortable as was the bed. Bathroom was spotless and had good water pressure. We very much appreciated the bottled water that was supplied as well 😁 On arrival the gentleman in reception was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was also very quiet. Would highly recommend staying here and we will stay there again. Very reasonable pricing as well.”
