“Great stay. Will be back. Service was great, the pool is fantastic and the rooms are nice and new with just the right amount of space. The bed is comfortable, and it's not too noisy even when busy downstairs. Only downsides - the food is quite expensive at the restaurant (although it is good), and the room was dusty, so it was obviously not cleaned properly. One lampshade had like a 2cm layer of dust! It was pretty offputting. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.”

“I came to the Carousel Inn for lunch with friends. We all had a great experience. Firstly, every staff member was friendly, helpful and offered a great dinning experience. It really felt like a great day out. Secondly, the food was delicious. Each of us enjoyed the meal we chose. I got the burger special and I have to say, it is one of the best tasting burger's I've ever had. And the complementary drink (that comes with the lunch special) was a special touch. And to have a great lunch and drink for under $15 ... a-maz-ing! I want to thank all of the staff for making our day so special. We all said that we have to go back again. The lady at the bar was helpful and friendly and helped us know where to go and times. The waitresses and waiter made our day complete. One waitress, after we commented about the food told us about the new menu that will soon be available. She made everything sound so good. Looking forward to it. Great Job Everyone.”

“The Australian Caravan Club Pty Ltd recently had a 3 day conference at the Alpha. The staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was to much trouble for them Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant were excellent What a credit to the management that they have such an awesome team The rooms were spacious and clean The conference room was well equipped and was set up every morning with stationery and tea coffee and juices. The lunches were very nice they provided. We have already booked in again for our next conference. Well done the Alpha.”

“Avoid this place at all costs. The food quality is not the best although it’s the lack of customer service is what it makes it terrible. The waiters all seem like they don’t want to be there and when you ask for extras such as sauce get told to read the signs. I also witnessed a couple next to us complain about their meat lasagna not having any meat and when they did share that with the waiters, all they did was say “sorry you didn’t like”. No effort was taken to rectify their complaint and they completely brushed it off. The couple got up and left immediately which is poor customer service. Do not go here, the food and service is complete trash.”
