“Great stop on the road when traveling with dogs. There is a town dog park next door, which is also very clean and well kept. This may be the most pet friendly hotel I’ve been to. The staff interacted with my dog, gave her treats and toys and there is a station with essentials when going to the dog park. Rooms are updated, beds are comfortable. Very clean, no pet odor. The only negative is road traffic noise from the highway, and toiletries were not filled. Continental breakfast had plenty of options, including health conscious options.”

“We traveled over 12 hours and was able to get a room last minute at 9pm. The hotel was next to i95, outlet stores and restaurants. The 3rd floor room showed signs of missing molding in the bathroom and closet. Otherwise the room was fine. Until we noticed days afterward $250 additional charges. When I called the phone number on credit card it belonged to someone' cell phone. When I called the hotel directly I was informed the surcharge was for smoking in the room. We are nonsmokers. When we rebut the matter with a manager, we were told other guest on the 3rd floor complaint. The manager stated she and housekeeping inspected the room after our departure and photographed ashes around the beds. It appears the staff was collaborating untrue tales to collect fraudulent surcharges. Do not chance this injustice.”

“I should have listened to the reviews. Well my own experience goes like this. I checked in 1/17/24 for an attended two day stay only to get up for work to shower at 5:30am and seen a roach crawling in the bathroom on the sink area. I immediately packed up myself and checked out early and told the young lady that was working early morning. I then called the hotel spoke to Patel we know how these ppl are when they come to our country. Anyhow he was not accommodating at all telling me he can give me another room. I told him no why would I want to bring home roaches when I don’t have them now. I’m a travel nurse and I don’t sleep or mingle in those type of conditions. Now I know why the parking lot was empty. Stay away from this place and to add fire they still have not checked me out yet nor gave me a receipt and so I have to take further actions because that’s fraud!!!!!”
