“This hotel is always one of the busiest and for good reason. First they have the best location in all of Dumaguete; right on the boulevard. Second, it's a very nice and modern hotel with a very big conference center. Thirdly, they have a very nice cafeteria with high quality filipino foods and desserts. Lastly, their staff is very well trained and friendly. Play speak excellent english and are always ready to assist in any way they can.”

One lift was not working so it took forever to get to your floor. When we tried ordering room service during lunch time it was temporarily not available...”

The staff were polite and attentive, always willing to assist with any inquiries. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Dumaguete. The in-house restaurant offered a decent variety of dishes, making dining convenient. All in all, Hotel Palwa delivers solid value for the price.”

“Rovira Suites is a great spot to stay since it is located in in Rovira Rd., of which is close to the city center of Dumaguete—you can ride tricycle and habalhabal if you wait outside the hotel. There are ramps for wheelchair and an elevator. The service is good and the staff are very friendly, kudos to the manager that is very understanding. Rooms are clean and smells good. We always let them clean the room everyday while we travel around Dumaguete and Valencia. Overall, it is an excellent experience in this hotel.”

“Our room had no window and there wasn't much space to move. It was quiet and we loved the bed to the point we lost track of time. Toilet was clean. Interior design is industrial. Breakfast is included which is quite a big serving. Good location and only a few meters away from the port.”
