King size bed was very comfortable. Only complaints are about the availability of the room at checkin for which we waited 40 minutes in the lobby and the late cleaning during the stay (the room was cleaned only at 4.30 pm...). Also someone could be disappointed from some noise coming from the passing trams, but it didn't bother us. Overall a great place, we would return if in the area.”

“First time staying with Ibis, and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and clean, and there was a good AC in the rooms, too. The shower got hot quickly and was a decent pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. Also just to note the Staff here were top notch- friendly, professional, and kind! We felt well looked after here. We opted for the breakfast and enjoyed it greatly. Its the same thing every day though so if you're staying for a while then note that as you might find yourself getting a bit bored with the selection at the end of the first week, but there are plenty of other cafes and restaurants near by if you feel yourself craving a change! The real treasure for this hotel is that it's reasonably priced but right in the heart of Lisbon so you can walk to pretty much anywhere. 10min walk to the metro/trams/busses so the world is your oyster really. The room lacked enough bins and storage for clothes, but that was my only gripe. Highly recommended!”

We had a good view from our window, but as it's on a large, busy main road, it can be noisy at night with traffic and sirens etc (personally, I like hearing the busy'ness of a city at night). Plenty of food choices in the hotel restaurant, and the food is really tasty. All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. The young waiter who was working this week (sorry, didn't catch his name, 6-12 Feb 2024 ) was regularly clearing our table for us and was very helpful and polite. The only very small downside of this hotel is that the location is quite a long walk from downtown, but that can't be helped. Plus it wasn't too bad as the bus stop for all the hop on hop buses is across the road, so it was all good really. Also, taxis across the city were around €4-5 per trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it if I visited again. ☺️”

The bed was soft and perfect but took up most of the space such that one could not have two open suitcases in the room at the same time - and I even booked a standard sized hotel. I never felt unsafe walking around at night to/from the hotel. We didn’t have to try dinner but the dining room was positively buzzing whenever we walked by - a very good sign!”
