“Service was probably the best thing about this place. We arrived quite a few hours early and expected to wait till the original check in time. When we came back from breakfast at around 11am, our room was ready for us to check in - which was a great relief after almost 30hours of traveling. The rooms were decent with all the amenities needed. There were even bikes we could borrow for free to explore the city. Was definitely a plus for us, not to mention the snooker table and foosball table at the lobby. Breakfast was a decent spread- shout-out to Sonia for running the kitchen and Carlos for single-handedly running the floor with great service and attention. We checked-out at 6:15am and barely had time to eat, but they arranged for packed breakfast for us which was extremely helpful. Ultimately a great experience here. Would recommend :)”

“Fantastic hotel. Location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to Kennedy park, 7 minutes walk to main tourist markets, 20 minutes walk to larcomar. Air-conditioning worked perfect.
