“The bed and pillows are uncomfortable, and everything in the room and the bathroom just looked old and dirty. The layout was also really strange as they put a shelf with the coffee, kettle and cups in the bathroom. The worst thing was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud, and it had a weird rattling noise. Besides that it took forever to warm up the room. I started it around 2 AM with max Temp (90F) and fan, and it was until 6 AM that I'm no longer freezing. Even after 6 it felt like the room temperature never got higher than 70F. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep that night, and for $130 I expected more than this. The regular check out time is 12 PM, and they let me do a late checkout at 2, which was nice. Still I wouldn't recommend this hotel.”

“The Wigwam Hotel is a nostalgic trip back the sentimental glory days of Route 66. They play up this theme once on their property. From the gift shop/office, individual teepee style room accommodations and well maintained surroundings with vintage vehicles in various array of conditions, this property wants to preserve the era of bygone days. They do hit their mark. The rooms are a step back in time. It's not difficult to imagine how a traveler would have felt and experienced staying in wigwam room in the early 50's. Rooms are very clean and well kept up. If you're looking to stay in a unique and historic location on Route 66, the Wigwam Hotel is your place. It's my understanding this is only one of three locations that still exist of an original seven that operated in their heyday. This location is number seven and last constructed. For me, for what was offered in a stay, they delivered. I enjoyed my time there.”

“Wonderful property with phenomenal customer service. Shout out and huge thank you to Monet, Joyce, and Brittany! They went above and beyond for us during our stay. The property and room was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. Everything was very comfortable and quiet. Loved taking advantage of the front lounge room, coffee and tea, breakfast, hot tub and fire pit during our stay. The location is also extremely convenient to Ontario Mills Mall and all the exciting places one may wish to visit in the area. One of the best hotel experiences we've had in quite a while. We could not have asked for more from the property or staff. We will happily recommend and be back!”

“My family and I booked a room for three nights due to our house being renovated. Upon arrival, there was a blue truck with a knife inside the driver side window like someone was trying to break in. We did notify the security guard outside but I doubt anything would happen based off his body language.The check in process was pretty smooth and easy to get our room. The front desk attendant explained everything in detail and was responsive to all questions we had. We have a family of 6 and booked a 2 bed with a couch sofa to accommodate everyone. When we pulled out the couch bed for my son, it was beyond disgusting and we took pictures of it . There was no way on earth I would let my son sleep on such filth. Continuing our inspection of the room, there was mold growing behind the picture frames inside the bathroom. I suspect it was growing due to the bathroom fan not working as good to fight the steam from the shower. The room was under my wife’s name but I went to the front desk to voice these concerns and stated I needed to talk to upper management or a manager. The front desk worker said the manager wouldn’t get in until 1100 and would offer a different room if needed but I declined because if it’s in one room, the chances are it could be in the next. We did get refunded our money and checked out. My wife called back around 1115 to speak to the manager whose name was “Kim” but she didn’t answer. She ended up leaving a voicemail but no one has called back and it’s now been a whole day later.”

“I’ve spent many nights at different hotels, I don’t usually write reviews, but after seeing others I feel the need. My husband n I just spent a MONTH at this hotel, for him n his colleagues this was a work trip, I went for fun. We all enjoyed our stay here. Being away from home isn’t easy, but we made great memories there n truly enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed, our rooms were clean, kept continuously clean n stocked up the entire month, anytime we needed anything the staff was always available, they are constantly cleaning, the entire hotel smells clean.. all we needed to do was open our door to find someone friendly n professional, thank you all! The bedding was super comfortable, so much so that I ordered the pillows for my own home! Just outside the lobby is a beautiful patio area for lounging n grilling out..really was fantastic! We all made a lot good memories out there together.. laying out at the pool, clean, stocked with towels, chairs n umbrellas..soo relaxing! Everything opens with a key card so you feel safe,n if you need to do laundry they have that too..Free Morning coffee n breakfast, can’t beat that either..ohh yeah n there’s great restaurants all around, shopping, anything you need.. so 5 stars for all of us! “I booked a room here because of good price and I was very impressed with the place. The lobby was nice . When driving near room I noticed how well maintained the property was . They spent money with landscaping and parking lot. The room was nice and big with a fridge . They have satellite TV with movie channels. The pool area was very large and had plenty of chairs and lounges. Some rooms are pool side. The breakfast was plentiful.with drinks(breakfast type), sausage, eggs, cereal, breads, waffle maker and good name brand coffee! The eggs could have been better but they are still average for this setting. “They charged me an extra $900 and refuse to fix it. We booked our trip through our credit card at a discounted rate and upon checkin we were told that they had 2 rooms for us since we booked a room with 2 queens, they were going to give us 2 rooms, each with 1 bed. Since we weren't traveling with anyone we told them that we were only going to use the one room so they can release the other room they were going to give us. This caused them to cancel and rebook our room at a last minute rate which was much higher than what we had originally paid for. After calling a few times and being unable to reach a manager I finally got a hold of someone who still is unable to fix my issue. I've had to keep calling them back to follow up on the situation which is still not fixed as they refuse to follow up themselves. They also refuse to send me the invoice of my room or any other sort of receipt so I have no option but to dispute the credit card charge since they refuse to give me the money that they stole back to me. Aside from that situation, the rooms definitely are far from the cleanest or modern rooms I've stayed in which is fine since we were just using it to rest our heads at night. The water pressure isn't great and the toilet seems to run constantly which makes it a little more noisy than we'd like. The breakfast they served was really good though, nice crispy bacon.”

“Great customer service, a lot of fast food restaurants walking distance, breakfast start at 6am so it is great for us because we have volleyball ball games at 8am. Room is big unlike most of Hampton inn. Only thing kind of not so good is TV is smaller than most of hotel I have stayed at. Front desk JJ is super helpful, the next room was making noise at 2am, she came up to 3rd floor and told the people to keep their noise down. We will definitely return. We really like this hotel.”
