“Not one to usually complain but after coming to Lagoons multiple times always amazed to come recently and be disappointed, particularly by the food and rooms I had to mention it. We have always raved about the plantation restaurant however this time we weren’t impressed by the taste of the food especially when it’s not cheap either. The vibe as well just wasn’t the same, not very welcoming. The rooms were also outdated. We had a garden view and it was sad to see the plants very dull and not thriving at all :(( I hope in the future these things can be improved as it’s usually a great spot.”

Be prepared for very noisy birds at night. Staff couldn’t have been nicer - special shout out to the kitchen for being careful with allergies, Lauren at reception, and master reef guide Elliot.”
