“We used the wellness centre for the lovers secret massage and was not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and well equipped, very well set out and furnished. There are beautiful views of the sea from its many set out loungers and nooks. The wellness team were fantastic and very welcoming and accommodating. The massage itself took place outside in a set out area where all you could hear was the breeze and the waves of the sea. Our massage included champagne and chocolate which we were able to have in a beautiful location next to the massage area. We definitely recommend and will be back”

The hotel itself and poolside are beautiful, the food is delicious and plentiful and the staff are truly welcoming. What more could you ask for? Everyone is lovely but a special mention and thanks to Jorge, Marta and Estefania who always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and can’t wait to come back! “Rooms are beautiful; we had the garden ones with a sea view, which were really nice. However: - The walls are super thin, so you can literally hear everything from your neighbors and the floor. Unfortunately, we had neighbors who watched TV very loudly, preventing us from falling asleep or waking us up early in the morning. - The service in the restaurant is, unlike what we expect for that price category, really bad, except for one or two colleagues who always had a smile on and were happy to take your order or clear your table. Apart from that, in 4 nights, we never received wine recommendations nor were actively asked for drink orders even when our glasses were empty. Overall, the service, both at breakfast and in the evening, seemed very annoyed, which I find really unfortunate because the colleagues may not be aware of how much the service matters in such a hotel. Reading the other reviews, the stressed service is very often being mentioned so I’m wondering when and if the hotel will ever take actions on this. - Many describe the buffet as diverse, which we did not feel, but it must be said that we have rather high standards for food.”

The staff (reception, cleaning, and kitchen) was incredibly polite, kind, and available, always ready to help with any issue. The food was absolutely wonderful!! Did not expect such tasty food from a hotel but it was honestly perfectly cooked and seasoned, and really varied too!! The pool area was always perfectly clean, with space for guests to relax under the sun or under the shade (nice palm trees area). The beach itself was very lovely too, clean and not too crowded. I advised that me and my partner were Vegan and they were very accomodating, I even received a vegan cake and bottle of champagne on my Birthday which was a nice suprise. The main strip is about 30 minutes walk away but if you don’t fancy the walk just wait outside the complex at the taxi area and they come along quite often only 3.40 euros . “Really beautiful location and very well presented hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful. The pool area and loungers are really nice. Bar and food prices are reasonable. Our first visit and may come back again. Our only issue would be when going to the bar restaurant for food or drinks is that there was on many occasions only one member of staff. As nice and helpful as this person was it would be sometimes a 15 minute wait for a drink when there was only 4 people at the bar. Don't be put off by my issue, it is well worth a visit. If hotel management read this then please be aware that you are losing a lot of money by people getting frustrated and going elsewhere for there refreshments.”
