“Amazing food in a small village. You choose the right dishes and dessert from a daily menu, you pay a fixed fee. The wine and other beverage menu is also very diverse. Sergio is a good host, you should definitely stop by. The hotel is an old but well designed place on the upper floor of the restaurant. The lady in charge of cleaning was very friendly. But the lack of air conditioning and refrigerator in the room was a big problem in the summer heat.”

I'd have preferred more room to place our suitcases, but we managed. The room had a nice terrace which unfortunately we couldn't use it due to the cold weather. The breakfast was varied & nicely cooked.”

“During my 8 night stay at this hotel, I was met with a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the positive side, the hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, boasting stunning pools and picturesque views. Additionally, its close proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. However, the negatives overshadowed these positives. The customer service at the front desk was simply terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, leaving a lasting impression of rudeness. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the waiters became visibly upset when I requested a glass of water instead of purchasing drinks. To add to the frustrations, the in-room phones were completely non-functional, making it impossible to contact the front desk for assistance or inquiries. This was highly inconvenient and added unnecessary complications to our stay. Moreover, the overall attitude of the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Their lack of professionalism and hospitality greatly diminished the experience and left me feeling unwelcome as a guest. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my personal encounter and am genuinely confused as to how this is considered a 5 star hotel.”

“Stayed 4 nights in winter. Location is great, good grocery and restaurants nearby, and a few minutes walk to bus stops and metro stations. Rooms are nice, they give you that happy welcome feel when you first enter. Bed was very firm though, not easy for me to get a good rest. Slight negatives that made me consider 4 stars were the timing of housekeeping and checkout. Housekeeping kept on waking me up, it worked be so easy to have a don't disturb sign like other hotels. This happened in the morning and in the afternoon. Checkout early in the morning, it seemed like the front desk clerk did not know what to do. Told me I owed $X extra, I wanted to pay by credit card, he did not know how to operate the cc machine and pretended it had gone through. Strange, but my taxi was waiting, so I left.”

“Unfortunately this hotel cant be considered as a 4-star hotel. Best case this is a 3-star, if you will get the room we have its 2-stars. The faucet in bathroom is not working its closing on its own, the sink seems to be broken cause its leaking water all over the place, the toilet is smelly even after cleaning and the bedding could have been better. The towels are more grey than white. And the internet is like from previous era. Its not working. I tried to download my son's homewroks for 2 days with no success. This is not a hotel for family stay, for students maybe. There is still garbage on the floor even after cleaning. Worst stay ever. Wont recommend.”

They have a very creative idea called the honestly bar, where you can make your own cocktails and get snacks on a self service basis and then let the reception know. It is Located in the mount Montjuic area which is so peaceful and ideal to explore that part of Barcelona.
