“This place is ideal for short-term rental. It's a bit far from the city centre but it's definitely value for money. The internet speed is 40 Mbps and very stable. Working from here is quite convenient. The rooms are clean, though they don't provide any shower gel in the bathroom and there's no railing to dry wet towels. They have a self-serve laundry room downstairs. You have to pay THB 20 for the washing machine and THB 10 for the dryer to use it once. The rooms also have a balcony but there's no view, so I didn't use it much. The neighborhood is quiet, so it's ideal for working and sleeping at night in the room. There's not much to see in this neighborhood except for the True Digital Park and a couple of good cafes. They'll give you two bottles of complimentary water for every night you stay and you can also fill up your bottles downstairs for THB 1-5 I think.”
