“This is a 2 story hotel right on the beach. They have a small outdoor pool right near the beach. They provide chairs and towels for the beach. Parking is available across the street at no additional cost. Room was a little dated but clean. Our room has two beds, small table with 4 chairs, fridge, sink, and microwave. There are some restaurants within walking distance but more are available within a 5 minute drive.”

“I was only able to stay for a night, and wish I had more time to enjoy all of the amenities that they offer. Next time I'll definitely take advantage of the spa! Rooms are gorgeous, clean, and comfortable with an absolutely amazing view of the water. This is definitely not a cheap place, but is definitely worth the price. Their employees go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their restaurant was quite enjoyable, and we had an amazing time eating breakfast while watching the sail boats go by. My client was so happy they found a place that makes traditional eggs benedict! Would absolute return in a heartbeat.”

“This hotel is 60 years old . It was built in 1964. It was just kept maintained since then . Pros: area is absolutely beautiful. We had balcony overlooking marina and it was perfect to wake in the morning and sit on balcony with cup of coffee. Nice restaurant walking from our room Cons: room was small . 2 full size beds . Since it was 4 of us we had to get another folding bed as 2 adults couldn’t fit comfortably in that bed. Also bed was curiously short . Tiny bathroom . The worst were roaches in the bathroom . No I am sorry it was not the worst . The worst was 360$ price for that room . Just imagine you are staying in motel 6 and for some strange reason they charge you almost 400$ for the room . So the room was a major disappointment . When people paying this kind of money they definitely expect at least some luxury stay. This was a quality of near the road smal motel.”

The concierge staff (Mark) was a pleasure to work with before my stay, and was so attentive that he made my wishes come true (upgraded my room to the Royal King) at my check-in, it was specifically noted from him based on a few weeks prior conversation, how cool and totally personal experience! Front desk, room service, cleaning staff, valet and bellhop, pool/bar service were all exceptional, top-notch and very high class! Highly recommend a beautiful stay-cation from a fellow Florida to another. And walks up and down 5th were so memorable, down to the beach and up the entire strip! Don't forget Ocean Prime (make reservations in advance, totally worth your while!) What a memorable experience! Definitely coming back!”

There's a free EV charger in the parking lot which was a pleasant surprise after a long day of driving. Check-in was a breeze. Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom toiletries are Dove brand. They even had a complimentary hour-hour in the evening. I don't know what else you can ask for out of a hotel experience.”

“A very nice and cozy resort like place to stay with kids. Our room was big and had a full kitchen. It is well equipped and had very comfortable beds. The inside compound is tropical, very well taken care of, multiple sitting areas, has BBQs, and a very nice heated pool with extra towels. The photos on this profile are super professional, so the first impression was a bit misleading as this clearly used to be a motel, but we have enjoyed our stay very much nevertheless. The drive to Naples center takes a good 20 minutes, but the value is great”

“WOW, I was really disappointed in this location from the minute I walked into the door. It is outdated and in much need of a remodel. The carpet in the carpet in the halls has a filthy appearance and unpleasant odors they are trying to mask making it worse!!! It is definitely not the Marriott standard and don't fool like I was by the misrepresenting images on their site. The grounds are barley kept up and the service was poor. The carpet in the room was gross and stained. I was scheduled to stay 4 night and immediately canceled after the first night. I would not recommend staying at this location.”

My room was well appointed and very clean, all of their staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is great, conveneint business center with a good printer, nice pool and workout center. Overall, the level of service is at the top of Hotels in this category. I was at the front desk yesterday and a guest was going to the beach with his family, the staff gave him beach towels and chairs to make it more enjoyable. That is most unusual and guest services at its best! The location is very convenient for access to the beach, restaurants and all that Naples has to offer.”

“Absolutely terrible experience. My husband had a job in Naples and the company we work for put him up in a hotel. The lady at the front desk (on 12/19 in the evening) was less than helpful. Told them the room wasnt paid for, despite us producing the payment confirmation. Company paid over the phone and payment was denied because it was 1 cent over. We ended up paying ourselves but the lady at the front desk made it so much harder and did not help in any way. It was also late and they were tired. THEN to top it all off, my husband came home covered in hives. Worst hotel experience hes ever had. As far as the room itself, you get what you pay for. Its nothing special. But the customer service is horrendous!”

“Frequent travelers like me recognize that some hotel owners are extremely cheap and this one is at the top of the list. Both elevators broken and no repair person coming out because it’s the weekend and is more expensive (employees said as much). Rooms are filthy, especially the floor. One must keep a towel by the bed to brush off all the dirt before lying down. Broken fitness center machines that clearly have been that way for a long, long time and they even downsize the complimentary water bottles to the smallest possible size. I won’t be back and have notified my company travel department accordingly.”
