All was explained clearly, and we've received a lot of extra tips about what to see, where to go, how to move, or how to get to the airport. The food was delicious, and the room and bathroom were very clean. We liked the style of the furniture. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very close to the bus station, so we didn't have to go very far early in the morning. If we travel to Venice again, we will choose this place again. I can highly recommend it!”

“Really liked the hotel interior. We had a junior suite, which was beautiful. If the room was smaller, maybe I would have felt differently. The service is near to non existent, it seems like the hotel is on a budget and they don’t even give bottled water. Sometimes the concierge is not present and the hotel seems understaffed. Also, the lobby could use some revamp/renovation, such a beautiful building that gets carried away by its lobby. We spent most of the time touring Venice so the setup was amazing, however if you’re looking to stay in a complete hotel and expect more from the service, them this is not a good option. Also, the way to go here is with the junior suite, which really makes it feel like a 5 star hotel. I think this hotel has so much potential under a different management.”

“If you're looking to stay close to Venice at an affordable rate, this is it! Clean, modern room. A small kitchenette. Close to the train station to get you in and out of Venice. I lucked out big time when I found this spot online. I would 100% stay here again if I was visiting Venice. The staff was friendly and they have an Italian/American breakfast available too which consisted of pastries, meats, cheeses, pancakes, coffee and juice.”

“It's really well appointed just a short walk from all the major tourist attractions. Our junior suite was spacious and the bed comfortable, we enjoyed the canal view. Breakfast was fine, however we decided we'd rather sample the local cafes after the first day and found that worked better for us. Reception staff were helpful. We would return.”

“Stayed here for 1 week in August 2022 The resort is very good and we had a nice time here. The whole complex is contemporary and well maintained. The 3 room Comfort apartment was excellent, it has everything you need. Very much a home away from home. Beds are comfy and great facilities throughout. 2 bathrooms one for the kids and one for adults. Perfect. 2 flat screen Samsung TV’s – USB allowed so we watched movies. The pool is very good but no shallow end – same depth throughout. The Gelato’s at the pool bar were excellent – 3 euros for 2 scoops, cone or cup. Table tennis and table football were enjoyed but sadly no pool table like Scerne or Bodrum. Gardens are still a bit immature and given time hopefully they will improve. No palm trees which we found odd ;P Beach is great, the sea is shallow for a good 100m out – waves are great fun to ride and jump over. Water was warm. Shame there are no motorised watersports, Damnoni and Bodrum much better in this regard. No kayaks either. Food was generally good throughout – we went half board at 768 euros for the week. Breakfast was croissants, eggs, cold meats, bread fruit and coffee / orange juice. Dinner was v good rump steak excellent – served with large pieces of shaved parmesan and rocket. Pizza decent and pasta enjoyed by kids .House red was good – chilled and 6 Euros for half a litre. Drinks are not included in half-board. Staff were very friendly in restaurant. Hapimag shop very small and expensive.. We walked into Lido di Jesolo town to the local supermarket, very cheap alcohol and water. Only about a km away. Transfers to and from Marco Polo arranged with Hapimag excellent, even despite being 6 hours late. Only negatives are the mosquitos – vicious. Got bitten 13 times on my neck on first night. And the evening entertainment is pretty dire, no musical bands or anything really just kids club stuff. Overall great – the normal standards you would expect from Hapimag – with the added bonus of great apartments. Probably the best Hapimag has to offer in this respect.”

“I had to stay here overnight while waiting for my car to be repaired. They were very welcoming and friendly and even gave me free breakfast 🥰 upon hearing about the issues I had with my car. The room was bigger than expected and absolutely spotless, I think it was the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in! The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were nice and silky. There was also a fridge in the hallway with complimentary still or sparkling water for all guests which was a very nice touch! The hotel is very pretty and the garden was beautifully maintained. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone, the people are genuine and lovely and will make sure you have a nice stay. Thank you and I hope to visit again!😊”

“No hotel has ever impressed me so much. It's hard to believe it only has 3 stars as everything here is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I've never experienced such a warm welcome in any 4 or 5 star hotel. When, after travelling 15 hours, we reached the place, I didn't manage to get to the reception when Filippo directed us to the parking lot, even though we didn't inform about the arrival time. The staff won't miss any guest, they are always here for you, greeting with a sincere smile, even if we see each other several times a day 🤗 BREAKFASTS - truly the best I've ever seen and tried. Homemade sweet and savory pastries, all of the highest quality with information about the origin of (e.g. eggs). Fresh fruits and vegetables as if from their own garden. Everything literally melts in your mouth 🤤 Delicious coffee, juices, detoxifying lemonades. The rooms are immaculately clean and fragrant, equipped with everything you need and even more (like a beach bag - a great idea!). I wanted to add that it's a pity that they don't serve dinners, but I'm afraid that the place could lose this uncommon intimacy and I might never find a free date again 🙉 I'M IN LOVE and will be back as soon as possible 💚🤍❤️”

“We reserved a “suite” in the hotel. Accommodations were comfortable and it had a nice rooftop private balcony. There was a peculiar smell in the apartment but once we opened windows and let fresh air in it went away. Very comfortable for a family of 4 as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have everything you need for a few days here. Location: to get here from the train station or airport you’ll need to take a water taxi and then walk about 10+ minutes to the location. Really not ideal with luggage or at night. Customer Service: front desk staff was nice but did not interact much to elaborate. Would I stay here again? Probably not because location isn’t great.”

The staff were helpful in providing suggestions on what to see and how to get there. Our breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff in the breakfast area were so nice and checked on us frequently. The beds were comfortable and room was spacious for 3 people. The view outside our room was so pretty too!
