“The Grand Hotel la Favorita has the most wonderful staff! The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. They helped us with transportation for tours and to the train station, provided restaurant recommendations, and answered many questions to help us be more comfortable. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the bartender was so friendly. He made yummy cocktails. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The beds were a little firm and could maybe use an upgrade, but it could also be me. I like a softer bed myself. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully kept (especially for off season) and honestly, this was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. It was conveniently located near the plaza and hiking/walking areas, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Five Stars for this amazing hotel! Thank you all for your amazing service and hospitality. Our favorite part was the seaside, which was just so unique. The food at the seaside bar was some of the best shockingly. There was a very nice spread for breakfast. The service was exceptional. The room was just OK. For a five star resort, you would just expect a little bit more, but in Italy, the amenities just aren’t the best in the world. I would definitely stay there again.”
