“Located in the heart of downtown, this was convenient for a quick business trip. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Common areas were all decorated with sophisticated and modern touches. It would be nice to include breakfast options to make it easy and timely in the morning rush. In room dining service is available but with limited options. Parking garage is attached with both self park and valet options.”

“I would honestly say to me this is a solid 3 star hotel but definitely not a 4. The good: great location, a lot of restaurants around and even a wholefoods under the building also close enough to the highway. The bad: the cleaning its definitely not as expected washroom sink needed more attention also the toilet when I just got to the room still had a dark stain. The bed if you are a side sleeper it’s not very comfortable and pillows are way to soft (maybe time to change them). When I just got to the hotel they had by the door coffee and water that’s great however coffee was already cold! I get it it was already 3pm but if you can’t have hot coffee in the winter better not to offer it. The last and probably most annoying thing is that the door of other rooms make a lot of noise in the morning when people are leaving, maybe adding a softer close or something can help with this. Overall if you get it for a deal it’s not bad but I wouldn’t pay the full price of a 4 star hotel”

“I found this property for a split-second decision to stay in Bellevue instead of Seattle (my go-to choice). I’m glad I made the right choice and stayed at this property. Firstly, the representative at the front, Shenese (hope I have the spelling and name right), was lovely and very accommodating. A warm smile after a long drive with kids is so appreciated. The room was super clean and the ideal size for a family of four. The hotel has ample complimentary parking, decent pool and a free breakfast! Oberall, was pleasantly surprised. I will make this my new Seattle spot, considering the the amazing service , ideal location and hotel amenities.”

“The hotel was fine. Good location, but hard to find parking, and I couldn't bring myself to pay $50 for valet parking. The part that I really didn't like was that they added charges for the mini bar when we didn't use it and didn't send a receipt for it either. It felt pretty sneaky. They did refund the charges when I called without any questions, which makes me wonder if this is common practice.”

“Service is fine, but hotel was awful and not worth the price. We were put in a room on the 11th floor which had carpet ripped up in front of the elevator, only one of two elevators worked, and the one that did work smelled like B.O. The shower had minimal pressure. Layout of the room was weird and not coordinated. Minimal amenities. The location is fine, but there isn’t a ton of options nearby for food or coffee. Also, parking is $60 a night 😳 Not baby friendly either. Overall, wouldn’t recommend staying here.”

“During check-in, the front desk staff was great. We booked a room with 4 people, but only 3 sets of towels were provided. I had to request another bath towel. The pool was very cold and the jets in the hot tub were not functioning, a sign would've been helpful. When I told the front desk the jets weren't functioning, they knew and just confirmed what I said. No mention of repair or anything. I did notice there was equipment set up for those wheelchair-bound, so that's nice they are inclusive. Housekeeping came to tidy the room on our 3rd day, they don't come everyday and again left only 3 sets of towels. I had to request another towel. This seemed ridiculous at this point. But the staff member who brought it to the room was very nice and polite. We noticed there were used wine glasses in the hallway at a room a few doors down during our entire stay of 3 nights. I guess housekeeping doesn't pick up the dishes? The gym was nice and had adequate equipment for workouts. It was nice to have laundry on premises too. Due to low occupancy, the restaurant was closed, but that was fine because there are many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. The staff is always cleaning the lobby, wiping down surface and mopping, which is much appreciated. The room was clean and tidy. I'm not sure I would stay there again. The bed was saggy and very bouncy and I could hear the person in room above us walking, which leads me to believe if the hotel had high occupancy, it would be noisy. I realize this review isn't very positive, but I do want to emphasize that all the staff interaction we had was great. They were all very nice and professional.”

“Found this strange stain on the back of one of our pillows. My husband and I were taking a nap in our room when he folded his pillow in half to see this. It looks to be some kind of mold to me? I’m not sure why this would be reused ever, it must have been a serious accident and malfunction by the cleaning staff I don’t know. The rest of the room was clean spotless so we were very displeased by this disgusting pillow/pillowcase being reused in our nice room. Also, I had guests over a couple night’s to have dinner and get some work done, well they parked in of course, guest parking and one of my guests had their vehicle broken into and stereo stolen amongst other things Despite those things, staff was helpful and kind and especially the front desk workers. I spoke to 3 of them and all 3 were some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. A younger gal who wore glasses, a middle aged women with redish hair I think, and a young man who was tall with long hair. I would give it another chance, and maybe warn guests to continuously check on their vehicles while visiting next time…. And double check the bedding before lying down !!”

“We stayed here for an early flight out of sea tac and the room was a good price and very close to the airport. While we couldn't hear planes in the night, the interior walls were very thin and we could hear intimate details of what was going on in all the rooms around us. Who was talking, who was going to the bathroom, who was unlocking their door, etc. This would have been enough to keep me awake, but the heater was also incredibly loud in the room and the bed much too soft. Of note the room also had a very strong artificial floral smell. If you're a good, heavy sleeper, this is such a convenient place to go to the airport, but I did not find the space restful at all. I don't think this is the fault of anyone working there, just an unfortunate design.”

“A hidden gem near busy Seattle airport. I booked this hotel because of it's convenient location to the airport during my business trip. I have had a great experience with front desk service ( thank you Andrew), breakfast service (Shelly, loved her smile and service during breakfast!), and house keeping staff. Their staff was attentive to my needs during my stay and friendly. The rooms are neat, modern, clean and fairly spacious. My only complaint is hearing the noise from a fire alarm early morning, and standing in my pajamas out in the cold, but at least it was resolved quickly by hotel staff.”

Grit at the bottom of the pool and chlorine content was too high. Free parking was nice. For a Hilton I expect higher standards, that's why I pay more to stay there.”

“From the front desk, Heather and Mikayla were exceptional. We had to cancel a portion of our reservation that was booked through third party. They worked with me to get it resolved. Very much appreciated professional extra effort by all. The facility looked fairly new, clean and fresh. The staff and the entryway were very welcoming. Offer of cookies and bottles of water were extra nice touch The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. I would highly recommend this place. It was exceptional for the price.”

“This place used to be excellent in the past. Stayed 3-4 times here and the latest being in Dec 2024. Except for the walkable vicinity from King station, Seattle, there is absolutely nothing good about this hostel. Not heated enough in Dec-Jan, uncomfortable sleep. Horrible breakfast with no actual coffee (they have instant coffee, creamer powder and a microwave), and bananas. It's such a hassle to request front desk to use elevator while bringing bags upstairs. They can certainly do decently better for the decent price they charge.”

Even though he was the only one at the desk and had to help a long line of guests, he was extremely polite and helpful to all. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. Kevin even helped me book the free shuttle to the shopping mall when my phone didn't work. I highly recommend Sleep Inn and thank you Kevin for being so kind and helpful.”

“Really cute, boutique hostel/hotel in the funky Fremont neighborhood close to many restaurants, bars and shops. We stayed here on New Years Eve and had a private room with its own bathroom. We enjoyed exploring the various markets in Fremont. The weather was good when we were there so we ended up walking to Gas Works Park via the canal and even walked up to Ballard! Unfortunately, we forgot an item in the room and contacted the owner and they quickly responded saying it was found and they were mailing it back to us. Thank you! Easy booking, good communication for arrival info. Recommended!”

“Overall great stay at this place. Large, clean room with fridge and microwave and a desk. The only issue is how thin the walls are, you can hear door slamming all night and all the road noise outside. Amenities are also good. Breakfast was great with many choices. The pool is small and cold and that makes you wish there was a hot tub at least. Fitness center is well equipped. The rooftop lounge is awesome with a little bit of view of the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“I hate to give 2 star reviews, but sometimes they’re necessary. We booked a one-night stay via AAA, requesting a pet-friendly room. We’ve stayed many places with our small well-behaved dog and are prepared to pay a pet fee. When we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to find out that the pet fee is $75! Since the room was prepaid we were stuck paying the pet fee. Shame on me for not researching the pet fee on the hotel website. Warning to pet owners - don’t end up like us paying a $75 pet fee for a one night stay. When we asked if there was any wiggle room on the pet fee, we were told no. Next: the room The toilet didn’t flush. We found that the handle chain was detached, so fixed it. The only bowl in the cabinet had a large smear of dried food in it. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Our dog found lots of food bits, chips, chocolates, even a rubber ball under an armchair. Maybe we should charge a $75 canine cleaning fee for our dog’s good work. 😉 Next: breakfast This was the highlight of our brief stay. There were potatoes, sliced kielbasa, and cheesy scrambled eggs that were all very good.”
