“Charming Boutique Stay in Cleveland We recently had the pleasure of staying at Glidden House in Cleveland, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's quaint boutique charm, coupled with its friendly and helpful staff, made our visit truly memorable. The location proved to be ideal, especially for those attending events at Severance Hall. A mere 10-minute walk to the concert venue made our stay incredibly convenient. The surrounding area felt clean and safe, contributing to a pleasant and worry-free atmosphere. The staff at Glidden House deserves special mention for their warm hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. Their friendliness added a personal touch to our visit, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. As for the accommodation itself, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Cleveland. The overall ambiance of the boutique hotel added a unique and charming touch to our stay. I wish it was a little quieter, but its a hotel and others movements are hard to control. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which, while not extravagant, proved to be more than adequate. It provided a good start to our day and added to the overall value of our stay. Whether you're attending a concert at Severance Hall or exploring the city, this boutique hotel provides a welcoming haven with excellent service. “This Ritz experience was awesome as well, just as the normal Ritz experience you would expect. Room - It was cozy, comfortable, and quiet, with luxurious decoration. Service - From the valet parking team to the front desk associates, they are all true professionals, working with courtesy, smiling face, and passion. Parking - Valet parking service was reliable and convenient. Nearby facility - it was adjacent to the shopping mall and a few minutes walk away from the Rocket Mortgage Field House. Overall, I would recommend this Ritz.”

“I enjoyed my stay; however, my room could have been a little cleaner. The reason for my score is that housekeeping could have done a more thorough job of cleaning the room. I have to say the staff ALL that I came in contact with were pleasant, especially front desk attendant Latasha. She made me feel welcome every night I was there. The hospitality she displayed was remarkable. I love that the hotel has parking lot security watching over your vehicle at night; it made me feel at ease. The location was perfect—just a mile or so from downtown and not far from restaurants. I would continue to stay here on my visits to Cleveland.”

“Great location.... the area has lots of restaurants, museums and historical buildings all in close proximity. All the staff at the Courtyard with whom I interacted were professional, courteous, personable, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished with adequate lighting...I, however, found the closet a bit small, space was a bit challenging for a somewhat bulky winter coat. An added plus is their Shuttle service that starts at 6 am each morning, servicing the surrounding Medical facilities. Will definitely stay at this facility again.”

“As others have said this is a great place to stay. I have a student at the nearby college and this hotel was easy to locate and is very pet friendly without looking run down as most per friendly chains are. A dog park is less than 2 miles away with plenty of room for your dog to run around. Breakfast was pretty good a few more vegan options or non dairy would be great but very nice setup and friendly staff to greet you at breakfast. The rooms are very spacious I had double beds and the most comfortable pull out couch I've ever slept on which was shocking. Full size fridge plates cups glasses full sets of silverware and a dishwasher only thing missing is a stove which they will give you a portable one if you ask. Great place will be booking my stays here when I visit.”

“We have been to OH a few times for work. We have tried 4 or 5 other hotels in this area. This is by far the best hotel we have ever been to.... in all of our travels. The staff is amazing, rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable, the breakfast is great and free, they brew coffee in the lobby all day long, the rooms are like little apartments with a living living room and kitchen (with a stove and full size fridge), elevator works and doesn't try to trap you, gym is spacious and equipment is in good condition, indoor pool and hot tub are really nice and the location is perfect. Highly recommend, we will be staying here on all future visits and looking for this hotel at our other destinations.”

“We were sent over from the Home2 suites on a work trip, because home2 was heavily overbooked. Front Desk was very friendly, but could not give us any info about getting the breakfast that is included at Home2. Water Pressure is very poor, with one small (seemingly intended to be handheld?) shower head. Bathroom is small, I was surprised to see only a stand up shower. Beds are small but comfortable. It is in a good area, close to the highway and lots of restaurants/places to go nearby. I would not recommend it or come back, personally. It wasn’t horrible, there are just better options.”

Staff was friendly & courteous, lots of free amenities which was much appreciated & noticed! Pet friendly with things for them also! Free breakfast was very good w/ great selections considering what most offer these days! Only thing noticed was housekeeping...housekeepers were friendly but did have some discrepancies in the room. Love that Hilton offers refillable bottles in shower but shampoo was empty. Beds were so-so, pillows just sink when you lay on them. Overall a good stay, would consider staying again!”
