Decor was modern and I really like it. Service was excellent. We called front desk for more towels and were delivered to our room within ten minutes. Registration staff was courteous. The video I attached speaks for itself. So highly recommended.”

Not flat as a piece of paper. Had some substance to them. Great service at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.”

“Anthony was very welcoming, definitely the person you want at the front desk (hard to not see his name in almost every review here). The room was great - layout wise. Similar to other reviews, the room wasn't 'dirty' persay, but just needed some extra attention to detail (there were still streamers and decorations from the previous party hanging from the walls - hard to miss that; but again, not dirty). The shower was amazing, highly needed after some travel. Black out curtains worked great, although leaf removal started at 7am (blah).”

We were flagged as a no-show, losing our upgraded room in the process and having to re-process our stay at the front desk. Room service was not conducted at all during our stay. We asked for staff to at least bring some fresh towels up and we were instructed come down and get them ourselves. Expected low-service; received no-service.”

“For a quick relaxation trip, the room was great. Clean relaxing room, breakfast area was clean and food was decent. But...jets in the hot tub were barely working, however the pool area was clean and Michelle brought towels when we let her know they were out. What we did notice was the back patio are could be used a little better like the hotel next door, fire pit, possibly corn hole.There is a decent amount of room and I think this hotel could use that slight upgrade out there...the inside has it with the fireplace, would love to see the outside have it. “Our stay was very enjoyable! The initial reservation on line was easy and then when I called to inquire about an early check in, I was informed how best to do so that morning and was accommodated easily. They even sorted out shifting from a King to 2 Queen beds efficiently. Check in staff was friendly and informative about local restaurants, providing an entire list to choose from in the quaint area of Holly Springs. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We had everything needed to enjoy our stay including a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the common area with all day complimentary coffee service. Breakfast was hearty with plenty of options to satisfy even picky eaters. They even have washers and dryers on site which is a bonus for a family! The staff was courteous and helpful with positive attitudes and service with a smile.”

“Very comfortable "suite style" room that had a kitchenette and separate living and sleeping rooms. Service was rated lower because they cancelled the evening reception the night we stayed, but didn't discount the room rate to compensate. Location is in a peaceful setting, but I could clearly hear the Interstate traffic from my bedroom. Overall, I'd stay here again, especially if traveling with family.”

“Room wasn't that bad The toilet flushed really slow, The walls are extremely thin, The service is the worst I've ever had I told the night clerk my TV wasn't working at 7 PM she said she can get someone to me in the morning, No one answered the phone for an hour, I went to the first hotel on the strip ,I wish I had stayed there. The heater wasn't lying but the room was still cold. I don't consider this a hotel I consider it a motel. At least it was clean I appreciate that.”

“We've stayed here nearly every year since we moved out of the area 10 years ago. This morning the buffet served half frozen sausage, off color dehy eggs, and had run out of coffee, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, cream cheese, peanut butter, and who knows what else.. By 745a.. While having service until 930. They were not helpful and were unapologetic. One of the two elevators was broken for all but one day of our 6 day stay. The toilet wouldn't stay unclogged with only average use. The hairdryer broke. One towel had rust stains. Even though I had selected every other day room turn over when asked at online check in, none was ever received. We had to ask for more toilet paper. I understand the strain of the holidays and especially the impacts of COVID, but this was the worst hotel stay I've had this decade.”

“Bonnie is amazing! I've never been greeted so professionally and warmly upon arrive to a hotel for a business trip! She answered every question with thorough responses and she showed me that she deeply cares about my comfort during my stay. SHE IS WONDERFUL and such an ASSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GIVE HER A SURPRISE RAISE! The main downfalls are that the fitness room is too hot and there is no way to change the temps. Also, the breakfast is good, but there is not a mixture of fresh fruit that I am accustomed to getting at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast and the feeling of safety are the reasons why I stay at Hampton Inn hotels.”

“I had a very pleasant experience at this Courtyard by Marriott. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and they did a good job hosting my family reunion. Things are a little overpriced as most hotels. Like the food at the bar was expensive and drinks are overpriced. The guy who owns the bar is very friendly. The bar/food area closes at 10:00 p.m. which is really early. There is no room service here. The pool is extremely shallow so don't expect a deep swim if you're a swimmer. It's great for children though. The area has all types of restaurants and bars nearby but they all close extremely early. I would return.”

“This hotel is very convenient to the Triangle Town Center mall and major roads. It is somewhat walkable to other shopping and restaurants (they are close, but there is lots of traffic and not many pedestrian crossings). The area around the hotel (not the hotel property) was a bit unkept. The landscaping was overgrown and there was a lot of trash. The hotel property itself was very neat and clean inside and out. The king room was spacious and comfortable for 2 people. I do wish that housekeeping had been a bit more diligent about checking room supplies. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were both empty and we only had one regular coffee pod for the in room machine. Pets are allowed and there is a nice indoor pool. The breakfast was adequate, but could have used some more variety from day to day. Overall, it was a nice hotel, and we would stay here again if in the area.”

“Older but clean and cared for property. Rooms are updated and overall taken care of. Huge suites, especially 1 bedroom setup. Good for the price especially as the area is becoming more populous. Kitchen suite was well equipped and appeared to be in working condition including a newer dishwasher. No complaints, and a good exhibit of how older IHG properties should be managed and ran. Note that there is some weekday construction with a bit of noise currently next door, but should be finished in upcoming months. Wasn't a bother to us even with window facing directly though.”

“I had made reservations at your hotel in preparation for my wife's birthday, and we were looking forward to a brief getaway to celebrate another year of life together. As a stage four cancer survivor, every day holds special significance, and we wanted this trip to be a memorable and stress-free experience. My initial contact with your hotel was over the phone, where I spoke to a staff member who identified herself as Re'al. I called to inform the hotel of our late check-in, as we were planning to arrive a little after midnight. Unfortunately, this call quickly turned into a disappointing and frustrating experience. Upon sharing my intention to check in late, I requested the convenience of an electronic key, as I have typically used at other hotels. Re'al initially confirmed that this would be possible. However, when I inquired about using my electronic credit card provided by Capital One, she abruptly stated that it would not be accepted. She cited the need to physically see the card to prevent potential fraud. I explained that my new platinum card is entirely electronic, designed to enhance security in the case of loss or theft. Regrettably, Re'al's response was far from accommodating. She insisted that I must bring the physical card or cancel my reservations, leaving me with no other viable options. I then requested to speak with a manager to address this issue, but Re'al placed me on hold and later claimed that the manager was unavailable. When I inquired about her name, she hesitated and provided conflicting information about her identity, which left me uncertain about her credibility. In addition to her unprofessional demeanor, Re'al continued to overtalk me and declined to provide the manager's last name or contact information. When I requested the district manager's information, she bluntly stated that it would be futile to contact them as the policy could not be altered. This entire exchange was not only unhelpful but also left me feeling devalued and stressed, which is particularly unwarranted for a cancer survivor. I selected Fairfield Inn & Suites Raleigh Crabtree Valley based on its proximity to the mall and the favorable reviews I had read. However, my initial experience with your staff has been far from satisfactory, and it has left me questioning my choice. I believe that such poor customer service should not go unnoticed, and I am considering sharing my experience on Google Reviews, Yelp, and with the Better Business Bureau to inform others about the disappointing treatment I received. I sincerely hope that you can address these concerns promptly and ensure that future guests do not have to endure similar experiences. I believe that providing exceptional customer service is crucial, especially in the hospitality industry. I hope my wife's birthday celebration at your hotel can be salvaged and that we can create positive memories during our stay.
