This is all about the bellmen, who make everything happen - first rate service. And one little touch recommends this hotel particularly - when I left behind my spare trousers, not only were they found and kept for me to pick up at reception when I came back through Modena, they had also been washed and pressed at no charge. The staff was also very friendly as well, and were very good in English, which made communication a lot easier! “I stumbled across this hotel when I needed accommodations last minute in a remote area north of Modena. I was traveling alone and I got a better rate for that reason 77euro a night. I’m so lucky to have found this location. The staff is superb, very attentive and kind. When I went for breakfast they proactively made up my room. The food was good and the entire hotel is immaculate. I worked with two people at the front desk who were patient, appeared very happy and had great pride in their services. The staff let me check in very early and anticipated my every need. They really went above and beyond. I wish every hotel experience was half as good as what I was fortunate to find at Hotel Pico.”
