“Absolutely amazing hotel. We were greeted by a very lovely front of the house lady who did our check in for us. Our room was very spacious, well equipped and cozy. The hotel had an amazing view of the harbour. There is a laundry room which we used, extremely handy, both washing machines and dryers all clean and fairly new( you need coins) There is a gym as well, lovely sitting area with a terrace upstairs and downstairs, there is a little shop with all essentials that you may need( laundry detergent as well), a restaurant with a waiter-robot :). But what really made me very happy about our stay in the hotel was the gluten free bread and rolls during breakfast. As a coeliac- thank you so much. I don’t get much gluten free hotel breakfast experience so I am super grateful. It is also worth mentioning that the airport bus stop is behind the hotel and it is a 10-20 minute ride which is super helpful. All in all we had an amazing stay, thank you to all the staff for their hospitality.”

My biggest note is to double check when you book if you’re having a “shared” bathroom. They’re very clean and private, but worth noting if you’re someone who needs to use the bathroom in the night. If you don't want the slop served in the hotel kitchen they will try to impede your ability to get food elsewhere. I suggest finding a more accommodating hotel.”

“Rooms are updated and clean. Pretty upscale. Located right in the middle of Boston and a short walk from most tourist spots. There was no bathtub only a shower. Everything was completely clean. View consists of an adjacent sky scraper. There is a parking garage directly across the street and costs about 50$ per day. All the staff were kind and helpful during checking in and greeted us every time we came back to the hotel. No complaints.”

Cocktails were great including their old fashion and early grey cocktail (~$20 each). Highly recommend the baked cookie / ice cream dessert for $18. Decent portion for two or three people. Takes about 15 min to come out. Absolutely delicious. Wonderful service as well! Hannah was especially hospitable!!!”

“I stayed here last night when travel delays meant I wouldn’t be able to get home to Providence. Booked it on Hotel Tonight, not sure if that gave me a lower rate but it was very reasonable. Even checking in at 2:30am, staff was friendly and helpful. It’s very convenient to Back Bay Amtrak. The check out time was noon and free breakfast (coffee & croissants) went until 11, so glad it was later than many hotels considering my late night. Being at the hotel also gives a discount at the attached restaurant which serves brunch. Room was basic but had good temperature control. Soaps smell good, but I wish hotels would switch to refillable bottles instead of travel size toiletries. I noticed they have DVD/VCR set-ups in the room & one of the reviews here mentioned they have movies available? If I were staying longer, I’d love to check out that collection, great idea for a hotel. This area is very good for shopping and restaurants. In my untrained opinion as a semi-local, I think you could have a good time with this as your home base for sightseeing around Boston.”

“I've stayed at a lot of hostels. This place is pretty decent. Not in city center, but close enough to the T red line. OVerall rooms were pretty average for a hostel. Nice bonus was two kitchen areas, but down side is nowhere to really sit and relax. Where they get docked a star is in the overly strutured and strict rules, with notes that people will be charged if they check in late or forget the door code, fees for stained sheets, parking charge, etc. Not as laid back as most hostels I've stayed at. On the flip side, staff were really good - very friendly and they do turn the rooms over and do laundry and clean up the bathrooms and common area. So they win a star back for that.”
