“The property is good if you are getting it a discounted price or booking through corporate. Individual booking is not recommended as this is 30km away from the city. I got CC membership therefore it didn't cost me extra else if the booking price is high, it's better to look for other options. But if you've got own vehicle and a discounted price is offered, this property is good to spend some leisure time. Rooms are okay, service is very good and food too was delicious. You would get many in & outdoor sports option. But the hygiene is not at all maintained in swimming pool, no costume protocol at all. Worse is people even get into the water with shoes as not much supervision is there. Rest other things are nice to have sort of. Except the location that's too interior, most of other things seemed fine.”

“Many things to be aware before stepping into this hotel. 1. The GPS location that's available in Google will not take you to the right place. The hotel staff have zero knowledge about these and when asked over phone call, one gets zero help. Neither do they address the issue. 2. The staff over reception have zero training, zero public skills, social skills and they can't even explain what's included in your package. They don't speak anything other than Malayalam(wondering why are they even put in at the front desk). 3. The bathrooms need better cleaning and hygiene. 4. The hotel never sticks to the time it promises. They would say that the breakfast will be available by 7.50 am, but guests are made to wait for too long . 5. They call it a buffet breakfast, but will provide basic food like idly , one type of chutney alone, sambhar. That's it. But guests are charged for full buffet, which is really not ethical. When asked for any clarification, the staff stand still , look at us and that's it (do imagine, getting no answer but a blank stare). No solution at all. So, if you are planning for touring that is time specific, do not prefer this hotel. 6. They call themselves functional for 24*7, but there is only one manager who goes to his home for a good night's sleep and never to be seen in the hotel at the service for guests till 9.00am. so, if you need any assistance at night, early morning and till forenoon, you have to help ourselves. As it's said, the staff are blank about anything at all. So, to conclude, if you find a better place to stay, please choose it over this place. 6.They have a functional bar up till 10.00 pm which is on the same floor as other rooms. But, the place is not cleaned after 10pm. The whole floor becomes shabby, smelly and full of plastic cans and trash which is not cleaned for the night. A guest having a room on the same floor is made to tolerate all these, irrespective of if you are with a family/teenager/kid/elders etc. They need to work and improve on their hospitality and ethics (primary attributes of a stay) very much.”
