“We appreciate the hotel's design, our room is satisfactory with a pool view, and breakfast is average. However, the staff at the restaurant and reception, particularly those near the main entrance during the afternoon to evening shift, are exceptionally rude—they don't even offer a smile or a greeting, behaving as if they are the ones being served. I'm unsure if the management has taken any action, as complaints about their behavior have persisted for months. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the housekeeper on Level 3. She's kind, always wears a smile, and greets guests warmly whenever encountered.”

“Beautiful hotel with spacious buildings and lovely pool. However the location is more inclined towards the airport rather than being close to the city center which is a let down for shopping or roaming around in Bangkok.”

“Can’t rate this place highly enough. Got in near midnight after a delayed flight, the staff were gentle and courteous and check in was simple. Super close to the airport, only a 10 minute Grab away. The rooms are clean, spacious, look great and the balconies have a lovely outlook onto the water. They are also very dark and quiet for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was simple and satisfying, service was quick and friendly. Thank you Ploen Pirom for making my introduction to Thailand such a lovely one! 🙏🏻”

“Very close to the International Airport. Lovely small resort. Staff very flexible. They stayed until after midnight to check us in after a later flight. They were also able to switch our booking after a flight delay. Not near ant attractions, but great for a one night stay before another flight.”
