“BED BUG ALERT!!!! Do not stay here. The hotel offered zero recourse after I received dozens of BED BUG bites all over my body. I even caught one and showed the front desk when I was checking out. My son and I recently stayed in this Home2 Suites for one night. We got the King Suite and were told it was their nicest room (Room 252). Nice enough hotel in general. Friendly staff except for at around six in the morning when the lady setting up the free breakfast very quickly and curtly, asks everyone walking up what room they are in even though she is obviously not tracking any of it. Anyway my son is special needs, non verbal, in a wheel chair. I saw the BED BUG moving as I picked him up and put him in his chair in the morning. I caught it in a coffee cup and left the room. They offered nothing at the front desk when I checked out. By the evening I was covered in swollen itchy bites so I reached back out to the hotel the next morning. After a half hour on hold I gave up and sent an email to Hilton to try and warn them again about the situation. Corporate Hilton gave me an incident number and told me hotel management would contact me. No one has contacted me and it’s been over a week. So now I withdraw my support of this establishment. STAY AT YOUR OWM RISK! THERE ARE BED BUGS, THEY’VE BEEN INFORMED BUT THEY ARE A DEAD END.”

“I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff at the reception. They were not just helpful but went above and beyond to assist me. I encountered difficulties with the car rental company and had to wait for the roadside assistance for 2-3hours, which unfortunately never arrived. However, the hotel staff took incredible care of me, providing assistance and, in the end, even managing to get the car running again. This was more than just a service; it was a beautiful human experience. I am truly grateful for the care and support I received. Despite the challenging situation, the hotel staff turned it into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you so much; I will never forget this gesture of kindness! “Horrible place! What is the pantry charge on my final bill? I did not purchase any pantry items. I'm a silver member and supposed to get 2 waters given free of any charges. The first room I was assigned was filthy. I was given a new room but the floor was still filthy and made our feet black. I made three staff aware that I had forgotten one of my items and they said they'd look for it and then said they didn't find it when I know for a fact that I had brought it with me. that was a brand new bottle of endless sea lotion from bath and body works. Some staff were nice and some were down right rude . This was the worst Hilton experience I've ever encountered. The first room, the microwave had cheese melted all in it, broken sheer controls, no heat, nasty floors and no safety locks The second room had a stain on one of the sheets , hair on corner of the tub, nasty floors. The pool has no towels. Now the guy that I told that to was kind enough to get my some towels. The lady that changed my rooms seemed a bit rude telling me the cleaning crew done left for the day and at first she hung up fast. I called back giving her the benefit of the doubt. Definitely not a good experience and should not even be a Hilton. I will be calling back headquarters about this experience. The least they could do is give extra points and also pay me back for the waters they charged me for that were supposed to be free. I will not return to this hotel ever again !”

“Average hotel in decline. With family nearby it's a good location for us. We've stayed many times over the last several years. They've ignored our special requests a few times. Great location. No outside noise. Free breakfast is good. WiFi consistently connected with good speed. When/if they get the room maintenance back on track it'll be worthwhile staying.”

“This place is decent. It’s clean. You can tell the hotel is a little older, but semi updated. Fairly large room. Free parking. 10 minute drive to downtown. Breakfast was adequate. The coffee was terrible though. The worst part is the smell in the hallways and entrance. I don’t know if it’s cleaning supplies or air freshener, but it’s way too strong. I would give this place 4.5 out of 5 stars if I could. Good for a night or two, but far from luxury.”

“Everything was great, room was clean, beds were comfortable. A bit pricey but we had a good night's rest after driving on the road for several hours. Ac was a bit smelly when it first turned on, and there was a live stink bug in the room and also a dead one. Other than that everything was great, theres a nice grass area, they also had breakfast but get there early!”
