“I don’t understand how this hotel can charge so much and offer so little. The only two pros were that it was clean and close to the beach. The room was tiny. The bathroom was small and it was difficult not to bump into something while using it. Internet was spotty to say the least. Breakfast and supper were mediocre. There was a variety of finger foods and appetizers but most looked unappetizing and weren’t something I’d eat for breakfast. Who eats smoked fish for breakfast? Hot food was okay but they could have served more hot options instead of cold. Room had no AC. It was hot and stuffy at night. Why would anyone want to pay so much money for such a mediocre establishment. The staff were okay, except for one woman working the AM shift— unbelievably rude and condescending. Loved the city and the beach but will definitely pick another accommodation to stay at next time.”

“long ago, about 10 years, we went here and it was fantastic. we went Aug 21, it was terrible, the food was a huge huge let down, they, they put sliced olives into the scrambled eggs. there were other things. oh man, their juice was insanely sweet, they very much messed up making it. i trie dto say to them it was a danger for diabetics, they didnt care. i used to be a chef so know what red flags to look for and how things should be. everything else was fine. was clean enough, ppl nice enough sans kitchen lol. decent price if i remember. im hoping they have improved since. if we ever go back it will be room only. should you book a place there, if price and location is good for you then go for it, just dont do their food as it was bad, plenty of great wee places to eat all over like Valter Stridi Vesuvio II for pizza, its a 4 min walk from Akses. best pizza i have ever had honestly. pool was nice, grounds look well cared for.”

“We bought a birthday voucher for our mother as part of the senior package. The center itself is wonderful, my mother was delighted with the room, canteen and service. Unfortunately, as part of the package, she had to pay extra for medical expenses, I know it's a small amount, but since it's a gift, the fee should be included, and the poor physiotherapy base as part of the package, it seems that the Ukrainian pro-doctor ordered 2 treatments and... currents on the cervical and thoracic, which was treated after 2 treatments and asking for inhalation at the request of the staff and suddenly there are no places available. Not cool. We highly recommend the resort itself, great contact, top-notch staff, great place to relax”

“Located in very nice area, has an underground parking, i paid 30 pln for a day. Walking distance to the seaside. Room lock are opened with a simply password and no additional lock from the inside , I went with my family and didn't feel safe about it. Rooms are ok, nothing extra or special, it was clean enough. I had to wait for a while for the reception to check in, but she was nice. Breakfast was ok, to summarize; worth what you paid for but don't come with an expectation of a 5 star hotel.”

“Very nice and clean hotel. Polite staff and always helpful. Good location to shops, beach and restaurants. Downsides - poor Wi-Fi. Didn’t bother using it, stick to cellular connection. No air con in any of the rooms so during summer it’s unbearable. Plus if you have your windows open of a night, the noise from the street will definitely keep you awake that’s if you have a room that overlooks the main walkway. Spa treatments are a nice addition and not too expensive. Be aware, if you’re English, the language barrier will be a little difficult.”
