“Our stay was great. The room is clean, modern, quiet, equipped with enough toiletries, coffee and tea selections. Basic but sufficient kitchenette. Fridge is a little bit slow to cool and TV needs a lot of getting used to. Spoke to Ian on the phone to confirm our booking and sounded a bit sarcastic. Louise on the other hand was a delight. Very helpful and covered all bases. The hotel’s location is one the best in Rye, which explains why its a bit overpriced, so we would need to re-think about coming back.”
