“Our absolute favorite place to stay for our Disney trips! Rooms are always clean and super spacious, it’s about a 15 min walk to Disney or a 3-5 min drive so location is great! But the main reason we keep coming back is the wonderful service the staff there provides. Any issues or questions we have, they are always extremely helpful and accommodating. The staff is friendly and are always quick to respond to any concerns we might have. We love this place, definitely recommend!”

“Wow, I had a fantastic experience overall. From Check in with Mili to Karl and Renee at checkout. Specifically, I check out, I had realized the night before I forgot one very very important document. I asked the folks at the front desk if I emailed it to them I think it print it and without hesitation they said absolutely yes. Then after my business meeting I came back to the hotel even though I had checked out and I asked if they wouldn't mind if I changed my clothes since I was getting ready to travel. I said it would be no problem at all and would I like a bottle of water. This kind of service is not seen or delivered very often and the team at this particular Hilton Garden Inn needs to be recognized for it. Thank you!”

“Perfect place to stay in Irvine! My family and I came from Texas during Christmas to Orange County and we spent 5 nights here. Rooms were great size one bedroom king suite very spacious, rooms have kitchenette with full size fridge, stove, dishwasher,utensils .Beds are very comfortable and pillows are quality down. Breakfast is great and better than most hotels this level. Hotel parking is easy in a separate building, It's dog friendly hotel but we didn't encounter many dogs ,I plan to bring mine next stay. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Hotel is new and modern and perfect location, less than 10 minutes from SNA airport, Irvine spectrum, South Cost plaza , 20 minutes to beaches or Disneyland! One hour and 15 minutes to San Diego. We will surely chose to stay here again next time .”

“Room was clean, nothing exceptional but it was a quiet and pleasant night. Breakfast was good. The hotel itself was very quaint but the parking was a little weird, limited space in the lot but they offer a small underground garage with an elevator. I probably wouldn't opt to use it if I were by myself but it was fine with my husband. There's a cute balcony for sitting outside, would probably be a nice place to smoke if you need one.”

“The location is fantastic. Right across the street from the Disneyland entrance!! The rooftop viewing area for fireworks was great, and the little outlet store is fully stocked and reasonably priced. The room is nice (2 regular queen beds), the beds are cozy, good size fridge with freezer and microwave all work well. Toilet and shower are separate from sink, which is a huge plus for me. Check-in was fast and easy, and the front desk agents were nice and friendly. Downside, not many tv channels, and we didn't bring a device to stream from, and the a/c is pretty loud. Had to call the front desk for maintenance, and they had the problem fixed in under 15 minutes, even at 10pm. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to people I know.”

“The inn is great! The location is convenient minus the train that goes by frequently. The staff is very helpful, giving recommendations and helping with whatever we need. The rooms are very functional but the bed mattress needs updating along with the sleeper sofa. The sofa is hard to sit on comfortably and the mattress is very worn. Otherwise the room and facility is great! The pool could be a little warmer (likely not the 80 degrees they planned) but their hot tub is great! “The hotel is nice, the rooms are decent as well. Nice amount of space, so doesn't feel like a cramped hotel room. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a little disappointing that the only food available is paying a ton for Starbucks and Bistro with limited options, but it's good, at least. However, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. The couch was miles more comfortable to sleep on. The shower head is pretty gross and gives you water pressure the equivalent of a medium rainstorm. The water from the sink smells awful ( it could be normal but hard to brush your teeth with foul-smelling water)”

“I'm a bit delayed in my review of this hotel, but to put it short and sweet...it's wonderful! The location is kinda funky though (across the street is a lovely mobile home park LOL). It's very close to the water, but don't expect a view of anything special. What the hotel lacks in good views, they make up in great service, conveniences and cleanliness. Like I mentioned, they are close to the beaches, but also close to the marina, shops, and lots of cool little restaurants. We've been here 2 or 3 times already, and will be back again. “It was adequate, but certainly not my favorite Best Western. 1--We arrived early and didn't expect to check in early but hoped to store our luggage so we could do something but they don't store luggage. 2--The bedroom had a very strong air freshener smell and the bathroom was even stronger! It gave us both headaches from the fragrance. We were able to "sniff" another room and it was just as bad so we had to open the windows and turn on the bathroom fan to air it out. 3--The beds are strangely firm. 4--We were assigned an accessible room and there is no vanity on which to put stuff, which makes it challenging to remove contacts, brush your teeth, etc.”

“This hotel's ratings are very deceiving, I am still trying to figure out how they are so high. As soon as we arrived, we could barely fit our small compact car into any of the parking spots. On the way out of parking lot the vehicle rubs the bottom of the ground due to too much of a decline at the exit. As we entered the lobby we were greeted with the elevator not working. The room's shower had the hot water connection on backwards, it took a while to figure out how to get hot water. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk worker, he recommended my family (which included two small children) take a shower in the parking garage in a shower designed for washing off sand from the beach. The shower door had glue holding the magnets on and a piece of tape at the bottom to attempt to hold the water inside (it did not work and left the floor soaked after each shower) The room was dirty and had scratches on almost all of the furniture. The door had major gaps in it which allowed bugs to enter the room. The air conditioner filters were dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only advantage it had was its close proximity to the beach. I would recommend using a well established hotel that has higher standards. The house cleaning/maintenance staff were friendly. The front desk worker that we initially dealt with was beyond rude and unhelpful. When I brought the hot water issue to his attention he told me to write a note to the manager with my phone number included. The manager never called me and we went the first day with cold water until we could figure out the issue with the shower.”
