“We've just returned from staying at this lovely hotel. Situated in the old town, and tucked away in a little passageway, there is very little noise to disturb you from outside. The building has been modernised in a way that gives the guests the luxury required and still retaining some character of the original building. Very comfortable lounge area and lots of seating provided on other floors. The room was very clean, nicely decorated with incredibly comfortable beds. The only reason I'm not giving the room a five star rating is because, in my opinion, one thing let them down. The shower area (shower over bath) had quite a lot of mould in the grouting. Apart from that one thing our entire visit was thoroughly enjoyable, with very friendly reception staff available for any queries gusts might have. Thank you for a great experience!”

“Cute hotel, well located - the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t amazing, but well suited for the 5€. The HUGE downside was four creepy guys hanging in the lobby at night. The first night we arrived one guy was looking around and another was hanging in front of the rooms. We thought he was security, which he was not! Unfortunately, they were harassing me and my girlfriend by offering to sleep in our room. After we declined they followed us and knocked on our door a few times. We panicked and called the hotel security and they handled the situation instantly. Until now we don’t know what happened or who the guys were, just that the next morning they were not around. Would not recommend for solo female travelers!”

“I meant to write this review so long ago! The location is very close to Madrid if you rent a car (which we did) and the views are phenomenal. Felt like we were at a lake house and the service from the team there was exquisite. I also highly recommend to do the horseback riding that is also in the area (Hipica Valle De Iruela). The front desk can give you the info.”

“It didn't feel like a four star hotel. Not the level of service you would expect of a hotel. No restaurant, very limited food available, almost no front desk service and not super helpful either (only one person a few hours per day). It's more like a tiny rural Inn, with a few rooms. The place is quiet and lovely, rooms are cozy and modern. You can hear your neighbors as if they were in your room, which breaks the peacefulness of the place.”
