“After having quite the day of bad weather missed flights, and finally ending up in Milwaukee around midnight, I found myself without a room I called and the girl at the front desk Her name was Anastasia. Extremely nice. She immediately sent a shuttle over to the airport to pick me up and from the moment I walked in those doors the service was just excellent. I would highly recommend, this establishment the rooms were super clean even when I went to breakfast the next morning the staff was super friendly and nice thank you all for making me feel welcome”

“My husband and I traveled from Michigan and stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. We absolutely loved it here! The historic aspect was what made us choose this hotel, but aside from that everything was great! Employees were pleasant, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the mornings were filling and yummy! The location was right down the road from the Fiserv Forum, which was the purpose for our trip this week. We actually were able to walk almost everywhere we went, with the one exception being the train station. The restaurant inside the hotel was really good, and not nearly as expensive as I assumed it would be. The only cons for the restaurant is the service was slow, the menu really didn't have many options, and it closed before we got back to our hotel after the concert, which was a HUGE bummer, as we were starving and ready to drink! Aside from that, our stay here was fantastic! The room was beautiful and included a small kitchenette with a fridge, stove, sink, glassware, and a dishwasher! For being inexpensive this place was AMAZING! Next time we travel to Milwaukee we will definitely be staying here again!”

“I had a great stay. Room was good. No closet but there are ample hooks by door if you needs to hang things. Don’t forget hangers! Common area was very nice. Better than my house! Parking in rear has enough space for count of rooms. Not enough space if people park stupid. I had a few questions while there and my texts were answered with lightening speed. My only complaint is my own fault and that is that I did not book the lone handicapped accessible room. At my age and that I live in a ranch house, I did not account for the two flights of very long stairs to get upstairs. Next time I’m getting the lone lower floor room that has its own kitchen. The neighborhood is fantastic. It’s also convenient to lots of cool places, especially the Bronze Fonz only ten minute drive. Loved it all!”

“Came here for my anniversary with my partner and it was truly worth the trip! I love the atmosphere in this space. Very romantic and it has a great vibe. We were greeted right away by the staff and they were so friendly. Our waitress was nice and very helpful. Since it was our first time we just did the unlimited tapas and it was pretty filling. We got it because we wanted to try everything and still couldn’t make it through everything. But overall the food and the experience was great and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for a fun night out!”

“We stayed here for two nights over the weekend. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff always greeted us on the way in and out of the hotel. Even though the location is downtown and it was very easy to get to a lot of things, it was still very nice and quiet at night. Vince, who did the valet service, was very quick with getting our car and was a joy to talk to. We are planning to stay here again when we come back to visit the city in the future.”

“We had an amazing experience at the Homewood! Our room was 613, with lofted ceilings and a stunning view overlooking the city, lake, and river. Gorgeous. We did not hear the interstate much at all and felt the whole room was clean and spacious. The workers at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Every day we were gifted water and goodie bags. They answered all of our questions. The hot tub was such an added bonus and we enjoyed it nightly. Our experience was lovely and we’d highly recommend staying again. It was a great location that felt safe and close to many things. Side note: many people say the parking is complicated. It was tricky the first time and then after that, a complete breeze. The hardest part is finding it but once you do, it is easy to come and go as you please.”

First off arrived back at the room at 320pm my check out wasn't til 4pm got to the room and the key no longer worked. Walked back down to explain the issue situation and Vanessa needs a few more rounds of customer training but thanks too Allen it was only kept civil because he knew first how to speak to an adult and he knew his job..I really appreciated him stepping in and taking over the situation like a manager should”

“We booked this hotel as it has suites with the brand that we wanted in downtown Milwaukee. You can check in quickly by parking outside the hotel on N. Dr. MLK. Parking overnight is in the garage nearby ($20, no in and out) or the surface lot ($30, better choice) less than a block north. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful for extra bedding and keeping the breakfast well stocked (hot coffee, some hot breakfast items, breads). The rooms were tired looking and the hallways are narrow. But the beds were decent, and while there was not a walk in shower, it was large enough. Our suite had reasonable space although the furniture is not ideal for it. Moderate value but great location for downtown attractions.”

“The hotel is in downtown, so not a great choice for family vacation. They view is only parking garage! They don’t have parking! You have to park by yourself in a nearby paid parking place from which you have to walk back to hotel which is very inconvenient during winter. They were very reluctant about the free breakfast. The shelves were out for many items, such as they had cereal but not milk; had pancake batter, not maple syrup !”
