“The Boulder Dam Hotel was a place locked in time. The history of this place is amazing. The decor is authentic to the 1930's and rooms are themed, which gives every stay its own experience. There is a museum in the hotel that has captured the history of the hotel and Boulder Dam community in a professional and eclectic way that gives you a true appreciation of what it took to make this place the amazing place it is today. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and shops to see. There is a speakeasy style bar in the lower level that provided live music that was truly an amazing experience. This hotel is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. I can't wait to visit again.”

“We stayed 2 weeks at this location. The place is clean and friendly. We ate at the complementary breakfast several times. Pretty much the typical, bakery items, yogurt, waffles (big hit with the kids), but the do have fresh fruit, nuts, oatmeal and mini omelettes that are not bad.”

“Did you know that ZERO Las Vegas Strip casino resorts offer microwaves in their hotel rooms? Most now don't include a mini refrigerator either to store your own food. Hotels that did offer mini refrigerators have removed them from the room and some (ex: Luxor) allow you to rent one back for a daily fee! Not only are there no real celiac-safe restaurants on the Strip, you can't even bring your own food to store and heat up in your room without a microwave or mini refrigerator. --- Instead of supporting predatory companies like Airbnb, which destroy housing markets and cause rents to rise, pushing service workers out of their apartments, I always suggest staying at an extended stay hotel if you have celiac disease. This week I did a staycation while family was in town visiting. We stayed at the Staybridge Suites across the street from the new Allegiant Stadium. Not only can you choose 1-2 bedrooms, but there is a full kitchen with cooking tools, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer in each room! It was honestly larger than my own Las Vegas apartment that I had before I was married. There is free internet, a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center and complimentary breakfast buffet & evening snacks (not great for celiacs, but you can grab milk and fruit.) --- Daily parking charge is $10.”

“Very Nice Motel! I stayed there with my family of 6 people. We always only get one room and one or two people sleep on the floor to save money. When we all went in, the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite room at no additional charge, so Noone would have to sleep on the floor. Great Customer Service! The customer service deserves a 15 star rating! The pool was very nice. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Stayed for four nights and it was a great place. The front desk staff were very accommodating and fabulous to deal with. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and the staff and food were amazing. The pool is small but worked fine for us. The room was great, it actually had a fridge for our use which was handy for filling with water, beer and snacks. There are no resort fees and parking was free. If you're looking for somewhere near the action it may not be for you but it was perfect for us. We'll definitely be back here again. Thanks”

“Room was filthy. The bedstands, bench, sofa, coffee table and right down to the inside of the kettle. When I complained, they refused to change my room or give me a partial refund. Trying to get someone on the phone was near impossible too. I had to be placed through several departments before getting hold of someone for the complaint. These rooms are often occupied by flight attendants hence I imagine they don't have sufficient time to clean the rooms properly for the fast turnover of the rooms. Never again. Besides, the location is pretty far from the strip.”

Coming from the Wynn villas this hotel had the same amount of service compared to them. They are very kind courteous and willing to assist with butler service and amazing late night treats. “A place to sleep…this hotel is very dated and you can definitely smell the age of this hotel. It was obviously built back when it was acceptable to smoke in your rooms. I can say one good thing and that’s the bathroom has been recently updated and looks nice. This hotel shares a parking lot with a health club and vacant lot we got the view of the lot. The bed was ok to sleep on but the bed spread was definitely a curtain at one time in its life and has the texture of a used paper towel very rough to the touch. I probably wouldn’t recommend it unless there was nothing else to choose from.”

“Their pools are heated, and usually, that means they are still cold.. but these pools are heated in a way that they are steaming and comfortable even in the 60° weather. It was a fun experience, lots of pools to choose from, and then a couple of hot tubs as well. They do have some seating that is put directly into the pools, that was pretty nice. Drinks are priced about the same as everywhere else in Vegas, and the grill was closed by the time I got there, so I wasn't able to try their food. I wish the TV/ music was a bit quieter, but it's Vegas, so...”

“We just love this place. We always feel like we’re flying first class - the staff is exceptional. We really enjoyed concierges Christina and Michael this trip. They were so wonderful. Housekeeping always made our room gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and so quiet. And also thanks to Zach for the courtesy ride to dinner. Christian at the lobby bar was a delight. The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is because it’s a bit of a trek to get most places, but we love this quieter end of the strip. You have fans for life here!!! See you all again soon.”

“Avoid. My 5 month old developed rashes all over the body after sleeping here one night. They disappeared after we left the place. The carpets are very dirty and when you walk on them and jump into the shower area you can see the dirt being washed away. The parking is shared with hilton and it's confusing. Breakfast is ok. But cleanliness is lacking which is the primary necessity”

“Typical Hampton Inn, with the exception that the manager is completely unresponsive to customer concerns. I had an issue with my invoice that he has yet to respond to me about. I also had an issue with some of my vitamins/supplements missing from my pill keeper. This too, has gone unresolved, even when the hilton help desk got involved. The desk staff were adequate at their jobs. However, staff parked in handicap spots without placards, parked under the canopy for their entire shift instead of in the general parking areas. Breakfast is typical for Hampton Inn, nothing special. I'll definitely find a different Hilton property to stay at during my next visit.”

Parking shared with neighboring facility. Parking tight when occupancy high. Location understaffed during peak times. Check in line to front door when I arrived. Staff was great, attended to all needs promptly.”
