“Absolute divine! Absolutely loved our stay, it was perfection. I forgot to take pics, but it looks exactly like the published photos. Why this hotel is the best: - location in the heart of old town - underground parking €30 per night - Very dog friendly, we were allowed to bring our little boi, the hotel had a bowl for him, a bed and a towel which was great. You can also take your dog for a quick walk around the corner there is a dog friendly small park. - cafe downstairs to pick a nice cup of coffee when you’re up or purchase the breakfast which we have not tried. - The room was spotless, had all the amenities, was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet with really good insulation, it didn’t feel we were in the heart of town and had a good night sleep. - The staff was super friendly and welcoming. - Price was great value Thank you for an outstanding stay in Prague, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it & come back.”

“2nd floor near elevator is too loud, loud bangs on ceiling consistently, people stomping, loud bangs and and talking from 1900-0200 AND begins @ 530. :( Last night noises never ceased, bangs, stomping and weird noises all night long. Hot even with window open and heater/thermostat off. Sleeping/rest is awful on 2nd floor. Ironically I asked for quiet floor/room when reserving. Front desk staff is the best & the services offered by them are appreciated to embark on the city. Breakfast is vast and a good value.”

“Had an amazing stay at this hotel. We were looked after from start to finish. Such a chilled environment. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel with extremely convenient location. Would definitely recommend this place to stay in if you want to spend a couple of days in Prague. The staff were amazing, everyone was so helpful and made us feel special. A real gem. Delicious breakfast and speedy room service, the house keeping staff were so lovely and paid attention to the smallest details. Also the great thing is that they have a parking lot,such a nice complement. Not a bit disappointed that I had chosen this place.”

Nice location next to the train station and tram station, about 30 mins walk to the downtown and many supermarkets in the area. The location is up hill which was a bit hard with a stroller and bags. There’s no 24 hr reception but they have WhatsApp to contact. It’ll be nice to have a trash bin in the bathroom.”

“The hotel is situated about 25 minutes by tram from Prague 1. We stayed there as we had business in the area. There are two tram stops within 5 minutes walk from the hotel so it's very easy to get to. I have to say the receptionist was among the most polite people we met in Prague in the duration of our stay. We certainly appreciated that. The room itself was a little dated with tired furniture but it was clean and tidy. Soundproofing was very good, once the window was closed there was virtually no noise coming from the street. The room was spacious too. The balcony was nice if anyone wanted to use it and there was even an ashtray on the wall. We're no smokers and the weather was bad to use the balcony but surely smokers would appreciate that I guess. Breakfast was good and coffee was decent. The only thing we didn't like were the pillows, they were a little too thin for us with not much support. Apart from that, we were happy with the room, hotel and staff.”

The rooms are apartment type starting from 30m2,they all come with kitchenette,dishwasher,bathroom and some of the rooms have a great view on the castle 😊 It has also a underground garage which you can keep you car. At 5 minutes walking distance you have Višehrad castle. Will Defently come back here in the future and will recommend to any one staying for business or a relax trip.”

“I missed the deadline for reviewing this amazing hotel, but I felt like they deserve a good review, so here I am. It’s been almost one year, but I still remember the relaxing experience the staff provided to me and my friend. The location is not the best, but public transport is very easy. The rooms are so big and the bed was huge, staff was always so kind and allowed us to stay for a late checkout. I love the vibes that we could just walk around in our robes. Highly recommend the infusion baths, it’s so private and it’s an okay price. Most of the time we had to eat out for dinner or ask for delivery, so maybe you should consider that. Overall, I recommended it to many people in this meantime ❤️❤️”

“My husband and I stayed at Andaz Prague for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. However, on the first night I placed a pair of Chanel earrings on counter above the coffee bar and left the room for dinner and my earring were gone. I searched everything and everywhere to see if they placed it somewhere else as things were constantly being moved around the room when they came in to tidy up. I told the reception about my earrings and gave them a photo but of course no one knew anything and they implied I should search harder for it. This really put a damper on our trip as I expected more honesty from a nice hotel like this. Secure your things more carefully!!!!!”

“This hotel was incredible. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed more. The staff was my favorite part. Adela at the front desk is EVERYTHING. She could be managing the hotel by herself. She was fun, professional, helpful and overall amazing. I wish she was my best friend haha. Bruno was also incredible. He went all the way out to our car that was parked far away and helped my aunt bring all of our bags and suitcases through town and up to our rooms. He was also so fun and so helpful. Our rooms were incredible and we had an amazing view of old town square. If I ever get the chance to come back to Prague, I will be staying here over and over :)”
