“It was a two day-stay here and the hospitality was quite decent. Well sized rooms for staying (depends on how many people) with television, air conditioner and room service facilities. Toilet was also clean and overall the room was good. Got some good tea, food and water. The only thing that could've been fixed was the door locking system. It was really difficult to lock the door of my room but it did get locked after a couple of strong efforts. Anyways, satisfied with the service.”

“FAKE. FRAUD.This is NOT a hotel. It is an under- construction property which has been simply started without any licence. The rooms were dirty, I had told about my arrival at 4 pm itself but when I arrived at 10 pm the room was not clean. There was used towel in the washroom, no water supply, flush tap was broken, geyser was not working, bedsheet was unclean, comforter was not clean, ciggerate ashes lying in the room. There were open love wires in the washroom and room. Since it was late at night and being a lady I was alone I just stayed 1 night and left early morning. They charged me Rs. 1200 and gave 0 services”

“We booked 2 rooms and we were provided with one towel in each room and the manager asked us to share a towel between members in a very rude way. Next morning we ordered breakfast separately for each room as two of us were in a bit of a hurry but they took their own liberty and delayed breakfast and came with complete order all together which was ordered in a gap of at least 30 minutes. After checkout we kept our luggage at reception and later when we came to take our luggage we had to ask a couple of times for the luggage boy as the guy at reception said ok you can take your luggage. He was very rude during the whole stay”
