“Staff A+ - friendly and inviting staff from the moment I stepped in until I left Location A+ - Night market 3 minutes walk, 711 around the corner, cafe next door, phantip bus depot 4 minutes, perfect central location for Surat Thani. Building Itself C- - if you are a light sleeper be warned, no soundproofing can hear every noise in the area, beds are rock hard and the shower is one of those open area showers with a curtain that's to close, you either need to leave the curtain open making everything else in the bathroom wet or keep getting stuck to the shower curtain while trying to clean yourself, also toilet water gun pressure low. If you're a heavy sleeper who wants to visit the markets and spend a night or two in surat thani this is the perfect location, if you're a light sleeper I would avoid it.”

“I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, it was evident that the staff had a severe language barrier, making communication nearly impossible. Despite booking through "Booking," they insisted I pay again, causing unnecessary stress. The condition of the hotel is appalling, with a foul odor permeating the entire place, an abundance of mosquitoes infesting the room, peeling paint on the walls, and a restroom that rivals the worst of prison facilities. I would strongly advise against staying here.”
