“Great staff. Great breakfast. The room was very lacking... missing many basic kitchen utensils to use the full kitchen. Eg forks, pots, dishware that can be used in oven, kitchen sponge, etc. Front desk very helpful to procure, but this stuff should already be in the room as basic amenity. The bathroom (shower) faucet very leaky which spilled significant water daily on the floor and some other hardware was off the wall laying on floor. Maintenance and upkeep need a stern review internally.”

“Stay was decent overall, room was clean. The bathrooms definitely weren’t updated with the recent remodel. Had to change rooms mid stay due to a mysterious foul odor coming from our bathroom drains. They were very accommodating with it though, just switch us to a new room that was good. The breakfast was ok, cold potatoes and they offered the same stuff everyday mostly. The listing states there’s a on site restaurant but that’s not accurate.”

“Our two night stay at Hampton Inn was nothing short of perfect! 😁 🛏 The bed was super comfortable and big. 😁 📅 Check in was early (3 pm) and checkout was nice and late (12 pm). 😁 🔒 Deadbolt worked properly. 😁 🚿 The shower was able to get scorching hot! 😁 🚽 🪣🧽 Bathroom was spacious and clean. 😁 🚪 🪣🧽 Bedroom was tidy, roomy, and spotless. 😁🥞 Free breakfast was included! Not the most delicious but free and appreciated. 😁 🚗 Ample complimentary parking. 😁 🛣 The hotel was near the freeway for easy access to all Denver had to offer without being in the busy action of the city. 😁 🔇 Room was very quiet. 😁 🌳 The tech center was very safe and pretty with lots of greenery and even a few parks! 😐 💬📱 The only criticism I had was the lack of free wifi. Other than that everything was great, and I’d definitely stay again!!”

“My 2 kids and I have been displaced for the past month due to circumstances beyond our control. Shane and Tom at the front desk have been absolutely amazing at making our long term stay enjoyable, even during a very difficult time for our family. They upgraded us as Diamond members to a larger room where my boys can have their own space while I have room to work. They have bent over backwards to accommodate us keeping the same room despite my having to continually add extra nights to our reservation. We have stayed at many, many hiltons all over the world and they have by far made this stay one of the best. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location quiet and service impeccable.”

“My family of five spent the last two nights at a different DTC hotel, part of a familiar hotel chain. Regrettably, it was unclean, and we felt unsafe. We decided to cancel our reservation for the next two nights and booked a stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, where the experience has been drastically better. Clean rooms, a welcoming lobby, and helpful staff have made our stay comfortable. The well-appointed breakfast adds to our positive experience. This hotel will be a memorable choice for our future travels.”
