“This hotel was disgusting. To start the entire second floor is full of mold and you can smell it in all of the rooms. I went in summer and of course there's no air conditioning so the entire hotel is stifling hot, Don't even think about opening the window or the door because if you do flies gnats and mosquitoes will come into your room and buzz around your head all night and eat you alive. I actually got sick from staying there. The breakfast had actual bugs crawling in it I was absolutely astounded. I had to check out after the first night and the only reason I stayed the first night was because the hotel refused to refund my money. Then they locked me out of the hotel at 2 AM when I went to my car to get my phone charger and there is absolutely no evening stuff available to let you back in so I slept in my car for 4 hours. Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel you will be grossly disappointed and the stuff is very rude.”

Our room was beautiful, you could still smell the wood, we had one of the best sleeps in our lives. The private sauna in the room was the cherry on top. “Just returned from a very lovely stay at Hotel Kindl. Our daughter, 2.4 yrs loved the hotel's kindergarden. Opposite is a little farm, where you can walk over anytime to spend some time with the farm animals which is a great experience. The staff was so lovely, always helpful and friendly. Really cosy lounge and bar area, to do 'home office' during the day. Spa and Wellness area are all new and beautiful. Great view from Sauna into the mountains, tranquil peaceful time out. “We are coming here since almost 20 year for a lot of good reasons. The service and the location are fantastic and the best place for people looking for a winter experience away from the crazy big ski resorts. You can do ski tours, hiking, climbing, and you find very well prepared cross-country ski and sleds slopes. If you want to do alpine skiing, it is not fare away and a ski bus is taking you there. The food is fantastic and you can relax in a new built , small but very nice sauna area.”

“wonderful hotel, great location, just a few minutes to the center and the ski bus stop, and for its guests, the hotel has organized transportation by special shuttle bus to the glacier and back. The environment is very friendly, from the reception to the maids, the waiters are very cordial, especially the waiter Edi. The wellness area is extremely beautiful and well equipped and organized, as is the swimming pool. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day and the towels are changed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with everything necessary and even a special set of accessories. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is nice. The food is varied, for breakfast an excellent and abundant buffet, dinner in courses, afternoon snacks are nice cakes, soup, tea.... Special thanks to Cornelia from the reception because she solved the problem of changing the skis very successfully and quickly. Yes, the ski room is big enough and tidy.
